It's laid out well and the sections are clearly marked. Everything here seems to be well stocked, and the pharmacy in the back never seems to be too overcrowded. This store doesn't have as many of those locked up cases with products held hostage which I also appreciate -- I guess because we're in the Hamptons. Overall, a decent CVS if you need one and are in the area.

How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. It…read morewas 3 mins before their lunch hour and the pharmacy tech informed me I would have to wait on the consultation line but they were closing for lunch. I returned and waited on the consultation line. The same male pharmacy tech attempted to work with an other pharmacy tech to find my address. She informed him that the computer went down and told him to go to the other computer to work on filling another prescription. She left to work the pharmacy cash register. I said "This is ridiculous, I was waiting patiently and now he's working on someone else's order?" As I walked away the tech working the register said "I told you the computer was down" and then laughed at me as I left the store.
