If I try to telephone, I wait 5 to 10 minutes just for someone to answer and they put me on hold again. It's a shame that now I never know what's going to happen for a . Submitted a prescription for a controlled medication in June and was informed that it would not be…read moreavailable until mid-August. Called in July, and was told the same thing. Visited this pharmacy on August 8th, and was informed for the first time that the prescription expired 30 days after my doctor sent it in, and that I would now need my doctor to submit a new prescription. When I asked if the medication was now available, the pharmacist looked into it and indicated that it was not until further notice. She also disclaimed any responsibility for past actions of the pharmacy since she had not been there. So in the end, I waited three months as directed by this place twice to learn: 1. My prescription was no longer valid, 2. My doctor needs to submit a new prescription, and 3. Even if I followed this new information, the pharmacy still could not obtain the medicine I need. I know that modern life is complex, but I draw the line at farcical, inconsiderate and incompetent.

If you're on a less common medication, expect when you go for a refill, to get maybe 17 out of 90 prescribed, and then have to come back a few days later for the balance. I was told, by a not over-solicitous pharmacist there that if I wanted, I should call a week early to be sure they had it in stock. And recently, when I had an infection, my primary doc phoned in an antibiotic Rx, but the pharmacist decided to leave an hour early, so no meds could be dispensed. My low-grade fever became a much higher fever by the next day when I had access. (The MD was having his own emergency). I was told to return 9AM next day, even though google, etc. says their office hours are 10AM-5PM. Oh, and most of the time (i.e., when Sonali isn't there) they don't answer the phones; they let them go to voice mail. Can't be bothered talking to people, I guess. So I waited an extra hour before driving in. After almost 30 years, I'm going elsewhere!
