I can't believe I'm the first one to say this, but the pharmacist and pharmacy manager, Everest, is quite possibly the nicest and most helpful person on the planet. This isn't even my regular pharmacy so he doesn't even know me, but I've been there twice now (not even to get prescriptions but just to ask him questions about products on the shelf and conditions I have) and he has gone above and beyond to make sure I was properly educated about them. He printed out information for me to take home, wrote me a list of vaccinations I need to get now that I'm of a certain age, and came out from behind the counter to show me where to find products on the shelf. This last time I was there I got a COVID booster from him and it was about as pleasant as getting a shot could be. He seriously should teach classes to other pharmacists on how to be great. And while I'd like to think that he's only like this with me because I'm an exceptionally amazing human being and customer, I've overheard him being this way with others. I've dealt with my fair share of crappy pharmacists over the years so it's an absolute pleasure to come across one like Everest. read more

We made an appointment for the Covid vaccine at 1130 You are instructed not to show up until 5 min before your appointment time . We signed in at 1125. Than we had to wait in the store until 1200 . If the safety protocol is not to show up more than 5 min early, why wait than 30 min in the store for your turn ? read more

My family likes coming to get ice cream here all the time and today was a very hot day and we decided to get ice cream. When we entered the store we saw like 5 people with really big scopes of ice cream so we were like it looks delicious so we went over to to the counter to wait and when it was our turn there was hardly any ice cream to pick from to start. I was getting 4 people's ice cream 3 of us wanted 2 scopes and I got 1 scope for a young child when I got my first bowl I asked if it was 2 scopes and she said yes then I got my second bowl and it was 1 scopes which didn't look like hardly any the other 2 bowls didn't have that much ice cream in it either. If I could give this rite aid location 0 stars I would. I've been tested numerous times for COVID, at many different rite aids. Today, I chose this specific location because it is near where I live. Seeing that this place already only has 2 stars, I'm not surprised at the experience I encountered today. Rude people working in the pharmacy, for example, as I've mentioned I've been tested many times before with the nasal test. I have always been told to swab my nose, and leave it in for 15 seconds. The pharmacy tech lady, or whatever her position in there is with the heavy Asian accent was very rude and was yelling at me that I was doing the test wrong. Over all, bad customer service, ghetto pharmacy employees, & will definitely drive out of my way than to ever return to this location. :) read more

The store is usually nice and clean with helpful staff but their pharmacy department is a hit or miss. Occasionally I will get rude and slow service. However I do appreciate that the pharmacy is prompt and organized. I've never had any missing medication and delays are well communicated via the automated phone calls. read more

The employees at this location were very unhelpful and racist towards me and my sister in law, specifically Michelle. When we were paying for our items she was racially motivated. She wrongfully searched through my sister in laws bag to see if she had stolen something and she also rolled her eyes at us when we payed with ebt. read more

I went to rite aid with a friend of mine a few days ago, mind you it was raining and I went looking a bit bummy. Now the cashier Andrea was just plain rude to my friend and I based on our looks, then made snide remarks and was discriminatory, because she didn't ring up items that were literally in front of her face. I'm not sure why rite aid hired her for customer service, if her customer service is horrible. I think she should change her job to something without customer interaction because she was extremely rude and discriminatory towards my friend and I and in all honesty that's a lawsuit, I'll be filing a suit soon so I definitely will not be going back for business and I don't recommend others to either. read more

Not sure why any of them work there. They close early, hang up on you, never have them filled at the time they say, etc. I always hang up in a bad mood, and I used to never give them sass back. I'm giving this place a 3 star rating bcuz they had our transferred prescription ready by the time we arrived, which was about 30 min from our regular Rite Aid. We first went to have ice cream & noticed that at one time it's obvious the freezers were off or maybe the power was out for a while, but the ice cream was melted on the top & looked pretty nasty.. We looked down, on the front of the outside of the cooler at the bottom, a piece of the molding is falling off (It's my check in pic). We went to the back, where the pharmacy is located & the shelves were pretty stocked & with there discount stickers mounted all over. The floors weren't as clean as I would've expected a Rite Aid to be, like the one we use @ Willow/Nees, it's always clean... We were walking out to our vehicle & there was a random plate, with leftover food on it, out front....ummm??? Hmmmph read more

I entered the store and just remember why I hate Rite Aid. I stood in the middle of the store and was dazed and confused. They organize their store unlike any other and it frustrates me! The nice petite customer service lady asked me could she help me find something and she directed me to where I could find the products I was looking for. Its just funny to me - how can you not find the candy aisle? I mean I know I'm working on my summer body and probably don't need a bag of Skittles but come on! I'm always lost and confused when I leave the store and I feel no better today than I did the first day I went into a Rite Aid. For a company who's focus is on filling prescriptions I was very disappointed with the service I experienced. My optometrist had called in a prescription for me at 10 AM. I arrived close to 5:45 and was told my prescription was on hold. When I asked the clerk why hadn't someone contacted me she didn't have an answer. I let the pharmacist know that I found this unacceptable but she didn't seem to care in the slightest. From now on I'll be going to CVS or Walgreens. Rite Aid, stick to selling ice cream...that's about all your qualified to handle. read more

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. The last time I came my daughter had gotten her wisdom teeth pulled. When I went to pick her meds up three hours later they tell me they need my new pharmaceutical card and it'd a couple hours until it would be filled. Why didn't they call me and let me know they needed my new info or fill it and get my info when I showed up? I told them that was unacceptable as my daughter will be waking up in pain anytime. After some back and forth they filled it while I was there. Today my doctor faxed my sons script over. I stop by on the way home to make sure it was received and the gentleman told me it'll be ready in an hour. When I return an hour later i was told that I had to have a consultation and the pharmacist was on lunch and it'd be 15 minutes and only the pharmacist can over ride it with his thumb print. Why wasn't I told this when I stopped by to make sure they got it? Why do I need an consultation for an antibiotic. I will not be taking the consultation, so it's a big waste of time. This pharmacy does not care about people's time or comfort. Get it together folks. Last time I ever come here. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I drop my prescription off and they tell me that it will take an hour and a half. I come back an hour and 40 minutes later and my prescription still isn't done, they say 10 more minutes. I waste 10 more minutes of my time and they tell me that they are having an issue cause the insurance requires that the doctor write the reason that they are prescribing me this prescription... They have to call the doctor. Well isn't that great since when I dropped the prescription off the doctor was still open but they are now closed since it's 2 hours later. Fantastic!!! Probably would've been better to have told me that when I dropped it off or even when you told me to come back in 10 minutes!! read more

There was a old white lady that works there she is very very rude! We ask the lady for a price check on a toy. When she grabbed the toy she didn't nicely grabbed it she snatched it from out hands and when she told us the price she had a rude tune in her voice. After all that we decided we do not ever want to go to this rite aid ever again read more

The only reason Rite Aid is getting two stars is because of the retail portion. I am however writing this review for the pharamcy. I had a prescription faxed over yesterday (08/13/15) around 7pm. There was one person in front of me and a car in the drive thru. While there were four employees working it took them 10 minutes to even aknowledge the woman in front of me, while all the focus was on the one car in the drive thru. The other three employees proceeded to socialize, crack jokes, and even turn on Flo Rida on one of their cell phones to play aloud. It took them 20 minutes to even get to my 1 five pill prescription that should have been completed by the time I had arrived. The pace of the employees seemed very lethargic. I am a pharmacy tech by trade and I was apalled at the unprofessionalism of the technicians and the pharmacist that let them act this way. If I ever have to come back here again, which I will try my hardest not to...I will use the drive thru since that seemed to be the only area getting any customer service. read more
