I can't believe it's been almost 9 years since my last review here about MyMed Pharmacy! I wanted to say I am just as impressed as I was nearly a decade ago. They treat me with respect, and make sure I get refills in a timely manner. I love that they offer pick up and delivery. They are always willing to contact the doctor if needed and do what is best for the patient. I can say I have never waited more than 20 minutes for a last minute refill, and I am very grateful to have such a solid pharmacy that I can count on. read more

I really love this pharmacy. In the past, I have used chain drugstore pharmacies. I understand that customer service is not their focus. I have actually compared it to going to the DMV. MyMed pharmacy is a real customer service oriented business. The staff is friendly and professional. The pharmacist, seeing that her pharmacy tech was on the phone, came up to the counter to help me. I've been a customer of a big box pharmacy for years and have gotten used to being treated like cattle. Meds on backorder so Dr. sent me to MyMed Pharmacy... what a difference! The pharmacist actually looks up from the computer and greets you when you walk in! These ladies took care of me; even though they didn't take my insurance, I chose to pay cash because I was so impressed with the service! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! They will half fill your prescription, and tell YOU to call them to check for updates. Literally filled only HALF my prescription, after I got a phone call saying it was already fully filled?-- Be careful about this place! I bet they are so cheap they open your prescription if you don't pick it up in time and give it to someone else even if you had it ordered first. They also won't help you get a different form of the medication you need, or offer to call their other pharmacy. While I was there I heard a woman complaining about psychosis side effects and the Female pharmacist that was assessing her just said "BUMMER". Not a good place to get your medication-- DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOUR GAS AND CO-PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!! (if u have co-pay, if not, just don't go!!!!!) Being a nice register person does do me well if you can't give me my prescription! read more

At first, I was having anxiety organizing my daily dosage of anxiety meds, but they went out of their way to serve me and provide ways to take my prescriptions in a non-anxious way... bubble-packs. Great Professional Customer Service! I left CVS to come here initially bc they have my medications & are close to my MD's office. I stayed bc they provide you your medication in a non-judgmental, professional & friendly environment. It's an Old School type of Pharmacy that is small & makes you feel welcomed. I used this pharmacy for about a year (2017-2018). I liked that they delivered. The staff was nice, and, initially, very professional. As time went on, the pharmacy got sloppy. Medications weren't delivered when promised, or medications were delivered when I didn't need or ask for them! Mistakes were made regarding the medication I ordered, or someone would forget to follow through on the order. So, I stopped using them. I decided to use them again recently to acquire a medication that another pharmacy never had in stock. My doctor had changed the dosage. For that reason, my insurance had to approve it. I was told by My Med that they would call my doctor for a prior authorization, and the representative told me to call the office too. I waited patiently for over a week (I haven't had the med for about two weeks). Nothing. So I called to check on the status and was told they couldn't fill it because they had a limited supply. I waited for an entire week, thinking they were waiting to get approval from my insurance, but they had dismissed the order and never bothered to tell me. I was given conflicting information about what happened. My experience with My Med has been awful. As I said, they are nice, but they are not consistently professional, which is a terrible thing when it comes to medication. I'm sorry I ever used them. read more

They DO NOT give you any literature about your medication!!!! WHY????? There shelf's are always empty causing you to make another stop at a drug store. So I'm changing pharmacies--Take down your Grand Opening Sign it's been way over a year!!!! Only good thing about this place is the girls at the register are very nice. read more

I have had a great experience with this pharmacy. I love that they deliver my medication and I can skip the hassle of waiting on hold forever to get service when I call in a refill or need to speak to the staff regarding insurance copay questions. The staff has always gone above and beyond for me, contacting my doctor's office for a prior authorization. I work in the medical field and I often refer patients to this pharmacy for their convenience, willingness to deliver needed medication, and their willingness to do all the coupon work on their end to result in the best price. read more

I absolutely could not believe the degree of service I was shown here. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I brought in a prescription thinking it would take a half hour or more to fill it like it does at the grocery store one I normally go to. To my surprise they had it filled in less than 5 mins while I waited. I'll be sure to come back here. Not that I have had any issues with my normal pharmacy at all but this place is great! read more

While at Eye Q I needed a prescription that the doctor informed me she was having a terrible time with her patients getting it filled. She asked if I would mind using My Med they can fill it without problems. Well that they do!!!! They were great I didn't need to go in to the pharmacy at all mailed my script. They need me to sign and return information for which they enclosed a pre addressed stamped envelope. What a pharmacy!!!!!! read more
