It just seems like the place is woefully understaffed at all times for the number of customers they service with their pharmacy. Doesn't matter if I come in after work on a Monday or late night on a Thursday or early on a Sunday morning...the line is always at least 3 deep (usually more). Things haven't been filled in a timely manner or I have to call because there is some sort of issue with getting it filled. And oh, the many many minutes of my life I have lost on hold with them. If my call gets answered in under 5, it's a small miracle. And it's been like this for the 2+ years I've been going to them to get prescriptions filled.

We were told that if you wanted to transfer a prescription that it would be very easy for him to help you with. All he needs to do is call the pharmacy and tell them that you are going to switch, or you can call yourself. They have Immunizations and free delivery on your prescriptions. They speak multiple languages such as English, Korean, Punjabi, Hindi, and Spanish. Wow, isn't that amazing. In addition, they sell some paper products, over the counter supplements, and hygiene products. The store was clean inside and out front.

Think of the minute clinic like an urgent care center. They offer vaccines, tests, physicals, etc. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time if you can that way you can check and be seen quickly. But I really appreciate the professionalism of the minute clinic staff, the cleanliness and how fast, yet detailed that I move thru my appointment. I've been thru a lot this past month and a half just dealing with doctors and making appointments for some of the top places in the city.
