They stated that "you parked and locked your own auto at the facility and, therefore, were in full control and possession of the vehicle." also "Per the posted sign and contract all patrons park and utilize the premises at their own risk." Wally park assumes no responsibility. They went on to say "the evidence shows that the damage your auto sustained resulted when an uncommon and extremely strong gust of wind impelled the fence against the hood of your Traverse." When we spoke with the mgr. , she stated there was no bad weather April 2-5 furthermore, in checking the Philadelphia local ABC stations weather for that weekend, it stated the same. Other than some rain, no major weather. We have used them several times. NEVER AGAIN!

We booked in advance and clearly stated our estimated return time as 6:30 PM. Due to an airline delay beyond our control, we didn't arrive until 8:30 PM -- just two hours later. Despite this, we were charged an additional $15. When we contacted customer service, we were told there is only a 15-minute grace period. We find this policy unreasonable, especially given how common travel delays are. For future customers, our strong suggestion is to pad your estimated return time by at least six hours to avoid unexpected fees. Wally Park has lost our business. We hope this feedback prompts you to reconsider your grace period policy for delayed travelers.

Two days before New…read moreYear's Day, my mom's car died just outside the Holland Tunnel and AAA towed it the 105 miles to Jone's BP. Matt and his coworkers were nice, professional and quick. They were busy but got everything done in record time by Jan 2. My niece went to preschool with Matt's daughter so my family has known him for years. That said, I think he is very fair about letting our family know when things need to be changed and what could maybe wait a few miles. I also like that he keeps in mind that my mom (72 years young) is on a limited budget, is constantly driving 100 miles up to Jersey City to visit me once a month and drives to her friend in Tom's River a couple times a month. He charges her a fair price and I never think it's price gouging. I thank God that my mom has a credit card because this fix was a doozy but still very reasonable. I'm not in a place where I can just pay off the bill for her but at least I don't feel like she will be paying for the fix forever. On a side note, there is a vacuum thing next to the vending machines for a $1.00. We make use of that every now and then too.

For instance, one day in the beginning months of her pregnancy, she was craving jal jeera masala. Apparently she used to drink it as a kid, and it helped settle her stomach. After a description of what to look for, she sent me here to see if they had it. Yep... They had it. Rangoli is the closest Indian store to where we live, so we are semi regulars. I've personally been to Indian stores with far greater selection. This store will never be able to compare with places in Edison, NJ for instance. But they do very well for a store of their size. Plus, they're my hook up for when I need Parle G biscuits. When I visited India in 08, we drove past the Parle G factory in Mumbai as it is located close to where my wife grew up. Now, Mumbai tends to be polluted and smells like it. But at that moment when we drove past, Mumbai smelled like cookies and it was glorious. So when I want to relive that moment, it's nice that I only have to go to Clifton Heights instead of buying a $1500 round trip plane ticket.
