    am sharing my personal experience so other customers can double-check their receipts…read more For several years, I paid approximately $130 for a prescription that is reduced to around $30 when the CVS app barcode discount is scanned. Other CVS locations have consistently applied this discount without issue. At this location, the barcode was not applied, and I paid full price multiple times. After raising the concern, I was informed there would be a review of the situation and possible reimbursement, but the matter remains unresolved. I had one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I've ever had at this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist, Summer Trungh, told me my prescription was "not FDA approved" without properly explaining what that meant, then spoke to me in an aggressive and confrontational manner. When I calmly questioned this and asked for clarification, she escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it. She raised her voice and discussed my medication loudly in front of other customers, which was humiliating and felt like a complete violation of my privacy. I was then told they would not fill my prescription at this location and was threatened that my doctor would be reported, even though there was no clear explanation of any wrongdoing. At no point was I treated with respect, professionalism, or discretion. I left feeling judged, intimidated, and extremely uncomfortable. Pharmacies deal with sensitive medical issues, and patients deserve to be spoken to privately and respectfully--this was the opposite of that. I would strongly recommend CVS corporate review how this location handles patient interactions, because no one should be treated this way when seeking medical care. If you use the CVS app, I recommend confirming that your barcode is scanned and that your discounts are properly applied before completing payment.     We went to the CVS pharmacy for my mom's prescriptions showed up at about 6:55 PM. There were no…read moreline dividers only signs that said "order" and "pick up" so we just stood in the "pick up" line and waited. During this time we heard the pharmacist short Hispanic/Asian featured woman with a white lab coat complaining about how there's only one pharmacist there and she's the only pharmacist and how could she be put in the situation when they usually at least have two pharmacist on hand at all times. During the 15 minutes of time that we waited, we could hear her complaining to the other employees there and to the customers that she is the only one there and she's doing all the work and she's frustrated so forth and so long, blah blah blah blah. When it came to 7:10 PM, the same pharmacist lady told us oh I'm sorry we're closed, mind you we have been standing waiting at the pick up line window because the fact we have received text/emails that my mom's prescriptions were ready. There was no sign saying they closed at 7 PM but even though with the employees and the people that were up in front including the pharmacist, they could've told us 15 minutes ago that they close at 7:00 PM. The pharmacist then told us aggressively that they're closed and they cannot service, the short haired, Latino woman was the last person in line and therefore we cannot get served because the pharmacy was already closed. We explained that we have been waiting for the 15 minute standing in front to just pick up the prescription that we were electronically informed was ready for pick up. The pharmacist then began aggressively arguing with us telling us that they close at 7 o'clock and therefore we were not gonna get served because it's after 7 o'clock even though we were there five minutes before and wait a total of 15 minutes to be told that the pharmacy is closed. How unprofessional can CVS pharmacy be? Quite honestly, this pharmacist was very aggressive and unprofessional!! This looks really bad for the Target store and tremendously bad for CVS pharmacy! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE MOVING OUR PRESCRIPTIONS ELSEWHERE! BY THE WAY, YOUR PHARMACIST NEEDS SOME EXTENDED COURSES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IN HOW TO DEAL UNDER PRESSURE, NOT MOUTH OFF ALL THE PERSONAL INFORMATION OF STAFF THAT HAS NOT SHOWN UP TO ASSIST YOU, TREATING CUSTOMERS APPROPRIATELY AND NOT TAKING OUT your frustrations OF YOUR JOB ON THE CUSTOMERS THAT PAY YOUR SALARY!

Sitting in their cars waiting. I really didnt think much. But I did say to myself. There is sure a lot of people waiting, then lraving. A very nice women asked me. Why are the doors locked and no one inside? She asked me. Then she asked if I worked at 7-Eleven. No I said,have you been inside she asked. No, why? I have been here waiting for 40 minutes and the doors ate locked. No one is inside and I do not believe they are on lunch. I thought maybe and emergency at home. Maybe robbery, maybe Susie. Yep thats what I thought. But then a customer shouwed up and said not again. They do this all the time. I listened, the women stated tell the man how long she has been waiting. He told her not to wait anymore, because they probably will only come back before there shift ends. She said you've got to be kidding, no I am not kidding. They seem to have there own hours hete. She tried calling inside the store, but said as soon as it rang. It clicked off. She asked me why I was here. I told her. Just taking a break, was falling asleep. Was going to take a cat nap . Then wake up for coffee inside.doesnt look like thats gonna happen. She said to me, I need gas. I dont have anyleft. The man said, right there is another gas station go over there. Across was a shell station. I went over there too as I woke up and all of us talking I was awake. Got coffee she put her gas in. At a higher price I will say. I asked the man at the station. Why is their no one at that station. He said, I dont know. That happens a lot and customers come hete complain. Seems that employee has their own hours. It's a mess, and a big prople waiting to happen for whoever wins that place. Got my coffee talked a bit. Then left to head home. But not before I went by that 7-Eleven. And just as I thought over 2 hrs and no one came back. People were pulling up, waiting, then leaving. Shaking their heads.

The Cashier said she wasn't sure if that could be done and called for help from another employee. The other employee, an older man with a ponytail, confirmed what the young woman said, stating that those are the rules for this gas station location. He pointed to a sign on the wall that read "we have the right to refuse service to anyone." He said those are the rules that his boss made, regarding the lotto tickets. The entire situation was horrible. I don't play the lotto often but every location I used in California allows a customer to redeem a free ticket won from a scratcher, to purchase a Powerball, Mega Millions (depending on the value of the scratcher's free ticket) or on some occasions even redeem the free ticket for cash. I believe the employees at this location could have been kinder to the customer. He was patient and also wanted to purchase beer from the store. After the interaction, the older man called me up to the counter while the Cashier continued to assist the customer. I asked the man if he knew if the Mason's Den food truck would be there that evening. He didn't recognize the name. Then I guess he remembered and said oh "the place with the funnel cakes?" I said yes. He said he wasn't sure, that the truck was usually there by now and if it wasn't that it might not show up. Overall my low rating of this establishment has to do with the interaction I observed and my interaction with the older man. I did not get gas from this location.

They stated they have to send it in to the manufacturer and that could be at least 3 weeks and not a guarantee to get it back or get a new one. When this happens almost a guarantee get a new one because it simply doesn't work. Most places will just give u a new one especially if it was so quick to come back. Would not suggest buying them here if ur on a budget. Be aware u will be putting out more money for another.

First time here... upon entry, the atmosphere of the depot is different compared to other food marts. This one is unique indeed... I think it is the colors of the merchandise that creates a different feel. Anyway, I walked around just to see what they sell. Well, they have draft beer + lots of other beers (there is a beer cave???) and a good variety of snacks and stuff. I wanted to buy something because I was in here for a while. I was looking for Jarritos which is a Mexican soda. Funny, I asked the staff and they weren't familiar with it, but two customers answered my question instead LOL. Anyway, they don't carry Jarritos. I ended up getting a can of Arizona black & white iced tea. First time trying it... it was okay. Not too sweet, but not bland either. As for the scratchers, I had won $18 + 3 tickets. The nice gentleman behind the counter said I can get the whole sha'bang in cash $21... I took the cash... I scratched enough already LOL. Massive selection of drinks, a giant walk-in BEER REFRIGERATOR ROOM with selections from breweries and microbreweries throughout the country and maybe the world. Plus, tucked into the far back is a little Mexican hole in the wall restaurant counter called Papa's Tacos Casero, which has the most amazing, amazing dinner fries... Got the Baja fries and they were LOADED with bacon, shrimp, carnitas/beef (or whatever meats add amazing flavor), roasted veggies... This place is AWESOME!
