I usually pay with my card but had cash on me today, which was a good thing because the computer system was not allowing card payments. This Mobil has a great location, & they did recently update the pumps & asphalt but the inside of the store needs a face lift & the computer system needs help. Very slow & it tends to be a pain for the workers as well. Ohh & the 3rd shift crew is seriously the best, when it comes to customer service! Great job you guys.

This caused me to need to pay for a new fuel pump and need to drain the vehicle of fuel, while causing lots of extra stress on the engine. the lady inside the gas station with colored hair was SO DISRESPECTFUL to me and my friends. as…read morethree (also employed) teenage girls, even we know better to treat customers with respect and kindness. we were yelled at and when we spilled a little bit of slushy on the counter, even after we spent almost five minutes wiping it up with napkins. the fact that three teenage girls stood there and got yelled at my a miserable old lady for doing NOTHING wrong is insane. we made a mess, and we cleaned it up. she yelled at me to purchase a box of popcorn that I had opened by mistake and I did. she then proceeded to still give us a hard time at the checkout. she charged my friend 6 dollars for a medium slushy (she said the blue raspberry was more expensive than regular but there were no signed posted). i hope her life gets better, truly. She was clearly having a terrible day and decided to take it out on teenage girls. a little kindness goes a long way, and I hope she learns that. truly unacceptable.
