She was clearly having a terrible day and decided to take it out on teenage girls. a little kindness goes a long way, and I hope she learns that. truly unacceptable.

When my mechanic looked into it, he determined that my tank was full of pure alcohol, not gas. The vehicle was drained and new gas put in. February 9, all of the gas pumps were covered with signs saying that regular and midgrade were out of service. A young lady gave me the name of manager (Bryan) and expressed her regrets about what happened. February 11, I spoke to Bryan, he said he would talk to his district manager and call me back within the hour. He never did. February 14, I left another message for Bryan. February 18, I spoke with the new manager, Cory. He assured me that he would take care of the situation and that he would make sure his manager called me within two hours. I never got a call back. Today, March 5, I called Cory and he blew up, being quite belligerent and insulting. All I want is to be reimbursed for my bill. It was originally over $400, but I was able to negotiate it to less than half. Admiral needs to step up and cover the rest. Next step: filing suit with our district court. This is imminent. DO NOT GET GAS HERE.

During this time the cashier regularly stopped in the middle of counting her cash drawer to talk with another employee (it appeared as though she counter her drawer twice.) Made me late for work. I Dumped the drink I would have otherwise paid for and consumed on the counter. I was in the middle of leaving when the cashier told me to leave then attempted to stop me from getting in my car. During this encounter I was punched in the face twice. I went through and it missed the edges of my windows and the entire backend of the car. Live and learn. If it weren't for the auto wash, I would give this station a five star rating.
