She had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to even get that done. I regularly come to Arvin Fastrip to get gas and buy food but I haven't liked one of the employees…read morenamed Ryan. What I don't like is that whenever im there, I'm almost in front of him waiting to get gas or to buy something, he's always chatting with someone else and never turns around to help me; he just keeps talking as if he doesn't care. So I end up going to the other cashier. I've also noticed that sometimes he's sitting down and doesn't help clear the line and he's usually always chatting and laughing, but he never looks around to see if there's a customer behind. The only employee I see working hard is a girl with curly hair I believe her name is Lily. She is wonderful. The other not so good. It's not the first time that has happened to me but other customers as well. Whoever is in charge please talk to him.
