I had a very disappointing experience with one of the pharmacists over the phone. I called to check if my prescription was ready, and instead of receiving help, I was met with rudeness and attitude from the start. The pharmacist initially scolded me for something my doctor supposedly didn't send--only to realize she was looking at the wrong prescription. When I asked about a different medication, she noticed I was paying out of pocket and told me I should have informed them. I explained I had done so last month, but she rudely replied, "They're not going to remember what you told them last month." When I asked how I was supposed to make sure they knew, she ignored my question and just told me to come get it tomorrow--with more attitude. She also made several unprofessional comments about my doctor and lectured me about checking my bottle for refills, as if I wasn't already doing my part by calling to confirm. The entire conversation felt condescending and dismissive. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially in healthcare. I've never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist, and I'll be switching to another pharmacy. Patients deserve respect and professionalism, not to be talked down to when trying to manage their health. read more

Never had a problem until after they lost their lawsuit. Then I had to fire them and my doctor had to, too. They asked intrusive questions and harassed me about pain meds, which I am off now, At the time I was in the worst pain of my life and they made me afraid I wouldn't get relief after my surgery. It wasn't just me. They hassled other patients at this location and Hanford and my doc reported them to the pharmacy board. read more

I understand that the pharmacy is busy, I don't even mind the 10 minute hold time when I call. Understand when you answer your public phone line you are in the customer service role regardless of your job title and there is no reason to be so rude when I was simply asking if you received my prescription and an estimated time it might be ready. "Later tonight" and then hanging up on me is not an appropriate answer. I have no reason to be talked to in such a rude manner. Please train your pharmacy staff on customer service if you're going to have them answering phones. I guess my bad for disrupting your day to ask about my post surgery medication. read more

My wife was given the wrong medication from the pharmacy and was told that since it left the pharmacy she could not return it or exchange it for the correct one. We were then told that it is our responsibility to make sure we are given the correct medication. Excuse me what? What are Licensed pharmacists technicians for???? there was even a note on her file. I love the sales and items they have for different holidays, no complaining there. The pharmacy takes forever to refill medications and sometimes take long at the drive thru. I had a bad experience with a staff member a couple months ago, he was rude to me when I was trying to make sure my son wasn't touch stuff at the counter and he got annoyed with me and directed himself in a very rude way the rest of the checking out process. I hadn't seen him in a while and unfortunately had to go to him for check out again a couple days ago, he wasn't as rude but I tend to avoid him if possible. read more

Covid-19 phase: Good Rite Aid. I went to get gum. The store was clean and well taken care of. They have everything you can think of. From food to makeup, medicines, cleaning supplies, etc. I bought some Extra gum. The worker was masked and very nice. They also have lots of sales! Great service! Tons of good stuff. We have had prescriptions covered by worker's comp for over 5 years, they get it right for a couple months and then bill insurance for it again. When I point out that it is workers comp they get annoyed like it's my fault. It's in their system. Employees like today are less than friendly and if we weren't already established here for YEARS I would go elsewhere. read more

So this is not the first time this happens especially with these two individuals. I always forget to catch their names but one of them is the older women that's the main pharmacist, she always has a bad face and her attitude don't make it any better. Today she assisted me giving me the medication I was waiting for then she walked back to where she was and noticed I was still waiting and instead she just raises her arms up like what instead of coming to me and asking if I needed something else. Then her other sidekick the employee she has glasses and has like brown hair with little bit of streaks and also has a stank face that you can totally tell it's a fake smile bc it don't even look like a smile looks more like she smelling something nasty comes to me and asks me what I wanted and I was like I was picking up another prescription she goes that's y u say in the begging that your picking up multiple prescriptions for next time but with attitude and I went to tell her well usually when I have came everyone else asks me any one else you picking up for before they decide to leave and instead of hearing what I had to say she just says okay have a nice day and walks away. So sick of this pharmacy! I've been trying to get my blood pressure medication filled since THURSDAY! They STILL haven't filled my medication and I'm now OUT. I drove into lemoore since they can't be bothered to answer their phones and was told my medication was being worked on and I would get a text when it was done but guess what it's 8:30 p.m and STILL NO TEXT! I am HIGH RISK PREGNANCY and I made them aware of that but apparently my baby and my health don't matter to them since they can't be bothered to fill my script in a timely manner or answer phones so people don't waste time driving back n forth for no reason! Call for the Pharmacy and got Brianna on the phone. She put me on hold and never got back to me. So I hung up and called again, and she put me on hold again. So I began timing the call.... 7 min. Later and I just hung up. It takes less than 10 sec. To transfer a call. VERY piss poor customer service. Not my first issue with this place. Do not recommend using. read more

Don't try to go during the quietest hour of the day for a booster shot. It doesn't matter if you're long time customers or that no one was waiting for anything. They won't serve you unless you have an appt. The suggestion was that walk-ins would be given the shots after 2 pm. Seriously? The beginning of the busiest time? Horrible! read more

The drive through pharmacy pick up is ridiculously slow. I'm sitting in the line now, three cars back, and we haven't moved in 15-20 minutes. The same car that was at the window when I got here is still there. Other cars have given up and gone inside but now I just sort of want to see how ridiculous this will get. It's not a "convenience" if it takes an hour waiting in line to get your meds. If it's too difficult to figure out how to run it properly, just shut the window down and make everyone go inside. Half the time, the pharmacy staff has to spend several minutes trying to dig up meds that aren't organized at all in their archaic system. This place is terrible. read more

Would be nice if they would answer their phone. I started calling them at home and drove the 10 minutes to get there and as I was in line waiting still calling them, they FINALLY answered. I get that places get busy. But constantly calling for 10 minutes in a row before getting an answer? And I don't even receive the text confirmations. When I called the store at 8am the employee that answered the phone told me that the pharmacy opened at 9:00am. I was in severe pain and needed to have a prescription filled. It is Christmas Eve today so I wanted to make sure I got it filled before tomorrow. When I came into the store @ 9:02am and saw that the cage was still down over the pharmacy window I walked to the back of the store and asked two employees stocking if the window would open at 9am he said "uhhhh...should be, I don't know" the girl said "isn't It different because it's Christmas Eve?" He say he doesn't know. I walked up front and asked the guy at the counter -Brent- what time does the window open today...he says 10am on weekends....I asked him why when I called this morning he said 9am and your sign says 9am....he physically walked out of the store to check the sign...yep 9am it should open in a minutes he says....I start walking to the back of the store again...and hear the two stocking employees talking to the pharmacist --telling him that a woman was in earlier and complaining about when they open and how he doesn't have a key ..... he looked pretty stupid when i came around the corner and stared at him. I really hope no one entrusts this idiotic kid with anything important in the store. It was bad enough you had him stocking vitamins. I really hope the manager of rite aid cares a little more than their employees....seriously...you have employees that work for you that don't even know what time a major part of your store opens...your staff is rude and condescending to customers.... read more

If I could give the pharmacy less that 1 Star, I would. Immediately after this prescription is filled, I will be finding a new pharmacy. For the 3rd month in a row, the pharmacists have failed to fill my prescription in a timely manner. I called in 5/30 at 10 am and was given a 3 pm pick-up time. Based on my last experience, I chose to wait until 5/31. It is almost 3 on on 5/31 and I'm told it hasn't been filled yet because they are behind. I don't get to use that in my profession, and I don't expert that a pharmacy should be able to use that excuse either. read more

I always enjoy going into Rite Aid in Lemoore. The staff is always so friendly and eager to assist in helping me find whatever it is that I am looking for and if they are unable to find the product they are willing to direct me elsewhere as to where else I may be able to find what it is that I am looking for. I majority of the time I am almost always able to find whatever it is that I am needing. I also LOVE there constant sale on a majority of the items in the store. read more

I usually never complain unless something happens repetitively, but I found my trip to ride aid outrageous. I have no problem whatsoever with the store itself or the company, but I will never give this particular location my money again and will definitely spread this story to my friends and coworkers to make sure they never have deal with this the way I did. I had 2 serious surgeries and I got a prescription for 2 of the same drugs, but one was liquid form and one was pills. I dropped it off at rite aid pharmacy, Lemoore and everything seemed fine, nice staff. I was told I could only pick up the liquid that day and on Thursday I could pick up the pills. So Wednesday night, my liquid prescription ran out, lasted until I went to the pharmacy and they told me I couldn't pick up until friday at 12pm! I told them I understand if that's what the prescription says, then you're doing you're job, but since I was told otherwise and I don't have any medicine until then, I need proof. I asked, "can I see any paperwork, documentation, or my prescription?" The people at the pharmacy told me no, they can't show it to me because they threw it away and left a note on my medicatIon that said "pick up, Friday, 12pm". I'm sorry, but that is NOT sufficient. My job is dealinG with paperwork everyday. I know you have to keep some type of record for your customers. It just didnt make sense to me how you can throw away MY prescription and then not give it to me on time because one of your pharmacist made a handwritten note! I asked to speak to a supervisor on the phone after I left the store and calmed down, and the only place that got me, was that the store supervisor wasn't in charge of the pharmacy and basically had no idea what to do, or what was going on. Once again, all I wanted was proof that my prescription had changed from Thursday to Friday and I would've been fine. But since they didn't give me that, I had to go a whole day with no pain medication after 2 surgeries! It's ridiculous. I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Honestly, I think it's sad that ONE pharmacist messed up my prescription and ONE supervisor didn't know how to communicate and help and now I'm stuck leaving a one star review and was in a ton of pain. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Every single time I have come here in the past three years my prescriptions are not ready at the pick up time or something is wrong with them. Or they just never started it to begin with. It's not uncommon to have to wait absurd lengths of time for a prescription that should have been ready. Ive also been told (while I had pneumonia with a 103 fever) that I could wait in the waiting area for two hours to get my prescription but if I waited at home it would not be ready until the following night. They take forever, I brought the prescription in at the morning like at 9:10 am and it's 5:00 pm and the medicine is still not ready. Then they wait till the end of the day to call you and tell you they don't have the medicine and they'll get it tomorrow. read more

I love the staff in the whole store, but mostly in the pharmacy. They are a really busy store and don't have enough help a lot of the times, during rush hour the lines get really long, and I know that can make a lot of customers mad, but give them a break, they are working as fast and accuratly as they can to finish your prescriptions! read more

This review is for the pharmacy only... they are slow and rude. Doesn't do any good to call in your RX a head of time because it won't be ready when they say it will. Rarely do I get welcomed with a "hi can I help you" or any other nice customer service comment. I quit going to rite aid pharmacy and I now use Walgreens. No rating, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy with no reaction from staff and a customer insulting me in front of other customers. I walked in at approximately 5:45-6:00 pm on Thursday Dec 9, 2016 evening. I walked to the prescription pick up "line" and was second to be called to the counter. While waiting my turn, another woman customer was not in line and speaking to a person at the pharmacy by the door unsure if or what he was there an employee or pharmacists but their conversation was at least 6-10 minutes long. While they were engaged in conversation the customer before me was called to the counter, great I'm next...however, the woman took her cart turned around turned towards the counter and now had her back to me. After a moment I decided to say to her, excuse me but the line for,s behind me. She didn't turn completely around but told me she was in line but talking to the pharmacist. She was up in front of the stand behind this line and said she should have been next. My husband came into the store at about this time and I was telling him how this customer did and I hate rude ass customers. Now the lady decides it's all my fault and turns around and starts calling me a grumpy old lady, and keeps repeating herself several times and saying I'm nothing but a grumpy old lady...I said t her have you looked in the mirror. She now decides to tell me I can go elsewhere with my business and go to Walgreens or Kmart or somewhere else. Then starts in again on the repeating herself. Now she is called to the counter and proceeds to PRETEND to care and tell the associate how wonderful and caring she is but now she seems to have forgotten her PIN and needs to take longer and will be there for a while again so myself and my husband can hear her...again she repeats she has forgotten her PIN and will be there long. At that time I said well that's mature. And left it at that. Finally I was called to the other associates register and was giving my birthdate and the other lady was intentionally listening because she made the comment that there it is OLD. After my transaction we left. Unsure if I will be back because it seems that Rite Aid failed to help the customers that oblige by your policies of taking our turn in line and waiting and being assured byother customers just because she was talking to the pharmacist is irrelevant get in line and wait your turn or at least acknowledge others waiting in line and say I'm sorry or excuse me but...no one from Rite Aid tried to intervene or seemed to care. And intentionally overhearing my personal information and giving a comment tells me she's just what I said a rude ass customer. Where's the privacy and no one reminded her of intentionally making a comment about my personal information? Where's the professionalism? I really like coming into your store however, if you allow customers who are ensuring of waiting in line and others who act they are some kind of special then it's not a place I want to shop. I'm sure Rite Aid makes her the spokes person for your company by telling other customers to go somewhere else. read more
