No stars. So disappointed in this rite aid. Poor service in the pharmacy, LONG waits, the drive through is always closed when I need it. I went to pick up an Rx and they told me if I could wait "a few minutes " my other Rx would be ready - they proceeded to talk to another gentleman for 115-20 minutes instead of helping me, then there were about 10 people who got in line and they helped them. I am unable to locate any manager information for our store, but I did want you to know why you are losing long term customers. This weekend my daughter and her friend were very excited to do some shopping at your store. Your store has a lot of fun variety for young teenagers. After spending some time, they came to the front of the store, arms loaded with items to pay. As they approached the cash register her friend reached into her purse to look at her wallet to make sure she had enough money to pay for her items. At that moment your store supervisor stormed up to the girls, told them they were done, removed the items from them and ordered them to leave the store. She said they should not come back until she was gone. They were completely bewildered as to why they were being accused of shoplifting, when standing at the front of the store, getting ready to pay. I came back and spoke with the supervisor. Her explanation was that they were also close to the door, and she expected they were walking out the door with the items. First off, what thief waits until they get to the front of the store to stash their stolen goods in their purse? Secondly, the girls cannot help that the end front door and cash registers are basically in the same spot. They had not intention of walking out without paying, and when confronted told the supervisor she was welcomed to search her bag. She refused. She just preferred to humiliate and falsely accuse. We are long time customers, but we will never shop at any Rite Aid again and are moving our prescription services to another pharmacy. No store should have a supervisor who treats people like this and makes no apology for inaccurate assumptions. Sherri needs to find a profession where she isn't bullying kids. read more

I want to shout out a specific cashier today. Aviahna!!!!! she makes every single customer feel so welcomed and warm and shes very understanding. she helps customers a lot as well.yesterday I came into the store and was having just a rough day. I got what I got went to the counter and she greeted me with a big smile. asked me how my day was and made me feel so welcomed and never treats any customer horribly. she is the main reason I will be coming back every single time. so thank you for her!!! we love her!!! read more

Checkers get confused easily. Today I had a coupon from Gillete for up to $7 on a can of foamy. I chose one for $5.29 and with tax-about $6. My coupon was good up to $7 but they charged me 46c tax. I pointed out that the coupon was to cover $7-so the checker girl called another checker girl who turned the screen so I could see 46c tax. Again I said the coupon is good for up to $7-so she called for the mgr man who said "You always must pay tax on any coupon"...total baloney! Almost as bad as those tv companies that sell an item for $5 and add $6 postage.:( And dont forget your ID for alcohol purchases. All the RiteAid stores ask for this even if you are over 65 and look it:) read more

You need to seriously re-evaluate your Pharmacy staff. Have you wondered why volume has slowed down? You have the most rude, disrespectful people working in that pharmacy and I've had enough of the snotty, too good for you attitude. I can understand if someone is having a bad day but this has been consistent over the past year. Especially one particular young lady. I will not return to fill my scripts. Pharmacy staff should be kind and helpful. This Rite Aid is the opposite of a compassionate, friendly pharmacy. This does not include the front end store cashiers...they are wonderful and always helpful. read more
