I had the paperwork from the return along with the card. The card number did not match the paperwork and they basically accused me of fraud and did nothing to review how the refund was issued. I called customer service by phone and they confirmed the refund and the credit. They said that one of the two pieces of paper I was issued was an eGift card with a barcode for scanning at the register and couldn't understand why I was also given a card that had not been activated. So the store customer service accused me of fraud as they held the eGift card in their hands. Unbelievable!

I cringe having to come here and only do every so often to print out some pictures. First, the photo machine is disgusting. It's covered in a thick, crummy, smudgy, sticky screen that you have to touch. Then when your picture order is placed, I find myself walking all over the store trying to find an employee who might be willing to help. There are rarely employees around and always have a difficult time finding anyone to help. There are long lines because......no employees are working! The employees who are there are rude, unfriendly, and honestly, not sure how they could have been qualified to be hired. Lastly, the store typically has homeless people walking in and out if the store and am always followed and hassled getting to my car with them begging for money and harassing. If you want to read more about them, details are given below. PROS +Pick-up: It so easy and quick to pick up your order. There's no time slot to reserve. All you have to do is let them know when you leave home using the app. They follow you using GPS and meet you on the store parking lot. +Refrigerated food has been added to their pick-up services (in store and curbside). +No minimum purchase (if I'm not mistaken) +Long store hours CONS -App only: Drive-up pickup is only available on the app. -Excluded items: There are quite a few things that are not available for pickup, such as alcohol and things that people panic buy, such as toilet paper. RE: App -I like doing online shopping on my computer, but drive-up pickup is only available on the app. You could use your computer to put things in the cart and purchase them on the app, but you would have to change the pickup method to drive-up on the app. You need to do this one item at a time! RE: Special Offers They are very clear but not all special offers are available for Target pickup. Conclusions Because what I can pick up from Target is limited, I still have to stop at other places like Whole Foods. I tried to browse through the clothing racks but it was quite impossible. I did manage to pick up a folding table and small laundry basket. This is literally a place to just avoid, unless you have the patience and time to dig through the stuff. There is a washroom by the fitting room and the staff will punch in the code for you. Not the cleanest though.
