I was sick and in quite a bit of pain on a Sunday and went through the drive-through close to closing time to pick up a prescription. I also needed a couple of over-the-counter medications, and James actually went into the store and got them for me so I wouldn't have to come inside. Even though it was near closing, he never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely caring at a time when I really wasn't feeling well. That kind of customer service makes such a difference. James went above and beyond, and Kinney Drugs is very fortunate to have an employee like him. My RX has been on a national wide shortage and has been a challenge to not only get each month but also plan around and figure out how to best set expectations. Other pharmacies have been curt, unhelpful and made a stressful situation worse - but NOT these folks - they have been SUPERB! I can't say enough about how they have patiently assisted me with questions, educated me when needed and responded promptly each and every time I've needed anything. Again, pharmacies can be an under the radar type of relationship for many of us - but if you have the option - these folks are professional, helpful and all around impressive at their job!
