DO NOT USE THIS AS YOUR PHARMACY. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience with the pharmacy drive thru. The techs were incredibly rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. Received a call to pick up meds late Monday afternoon. The automatic voicemail message states to pick up prescriptions "at your earliest convenience." Went in to pick up prescriptions via the drive thru early Wednesday morning and the tech stated, rudely, she "all ready shelved them" when questioned why the prescriptions were shelved after less than 48 hours, she walked away from the window. The absolute worst experience. This has never happened in my nearly 5 years picking up my medications at this pharmacy. Immediately I switched my pharmacy. Pharmacy management and the business owner please address this with your staff!!! I have filed a complaint with Rite Aid's Customer Service. Hoping this doesn't happen to any other member. read more

This store used to be nice but over the last two years theft and the homeless have the front windows broken out more often than not. Half the store is empty and very cheap items are security tagged and secured to the shelves. The staff use to be nice and I used to know most of the people. But staff changes have also caused issues with consistency. It's a shame this use to be a nice place to stop. read more

Never have a good vibe into this store. Ask an African American guy with dreads a question: He didn't even bother to stop and take his time. As he keeps waking away yelling out the answer that they don't have any. And continues to walk away. Customer service at its lowest. Never been there before. And will be my last. Five stars for the Thrifty ice cream. Thanks to the several Yelpers that steered me in the direction of Thrifty ice cream. Out of sight out of mind, I guess. I did not realize the stuff still existed. I had completely forgotten about it over the years. It's probably been 10 or 15 years since I've had the ice cream. Still the same set up as in the "olden days". Still the round scoops. Still good creamy ice cream. I just tried the mint chocolate chip. Although it did not have the strong mint flavor that Baskin Robbins used to have, it still was good. And the flaky pieces of shaved chocolate in it topped off the experience. The staff in the pharmacy are extremely rude. The pharmacist was yelling at me and when I called her rude behavior out she slammed the pull tray on me and walked away. This was after I was told to come back (store was open already) by the pharmacy tech because she "wasn't ready to assist me." I initially arrived at 930am and she was just standing around talking. No customers in store or in drive thru. I came back as directed at 10:15 and still did not receive service until 1050am. I made several attempts to call and report this behavior and the phone line rings and rings with no answer. Completely unprofessional behavior from the pharmacist and the tech. Horrible customer service. If you do not enjoy your job find a new one, do not take it out of customers. read more

Went here on Super Bowl day, my review is base on the old cashier man with the attitude. Every time I go here, he is always grumpy, unprofessional and customer service has declined. I get cravings for Rite Aid ice cream all the time around finals/midterms time. It's my place for a $1.19 sweet treat for having a good study day or for doing well on a test. It's also my $1.19 pick-me-up when I'm bummed about bombing a test. It goes both ways. Regardless my reasoning, it's a wonderful place to get a giant scoop of ice cream for really really really cheap. Regardless of price, I'd rank the taste higher than Cold Stone. Be careful with a young Karen, she walked right by me and ignored my signaling for ice scream service rather than call for assistance. She ignored me twice before eventually leaving the building. When I eventually mentioned this to two other employees, they both said, she is off now. To which I replied, she was not off when she ignored me and could have made some effort to mention it to the cashier as she walked by him. I just come here for the ice cream which is very good brings back childhood memories of the thrifty store downtown many years ago when I was kid. My dad used to take us on the weekends for Ice Cream. But geez this location has a lot of work to do. First of all parking lot smells horrible strong urine smell as soon as you exit the car. I'm assuming homeless spend the night here and do their business right there. The staff is extremely slow, they can care less about lines and service is just terrible. The Rite Aid is fairly new, and it is decent in size. The store has plenty of shopping carts and hand baskets for you to use throughout your shopping experience through the store. It was also very clean and well organized. Service here was great as well, service with a smile :) Plenty of parking as well, and did I mention, they have a Drive Thru Pharmacy! read more

Review for the Thrifty Ice Cream. If you're stuck on an ice cream flavor, look no further because I have the answer to all your troubles. Circus animals is definitely the way to go. The baby pink color is kind of off putting but the tastes transports you back to your childhood. It tastes exactly like an circus animal cookie; sweet vanilla-y and a small bite of salt. Not to mention the chunks of cookies you get in every scoop One scoop is 1.99$ so a bit pricey but for the quality taste and amount you're getting, it is definitely worth the $2. Now if you don't wanna spend two bucks every single ice cream run, go to the freezer section and check out their thrifty ice creams in the tub. Thrifty ice cream! My favorite! :DDD Thrifty ice cream was my favorite growing up and still is today! Not only is it cheap, but the taste is really good too! Beats Baskin Robbins or any other ice cream parlor any day! The size of the scoop is very generous too! I don't know how people handle eating the triple scoop or even the colossal. I really like this particular location too. It's fairly new so it's nice and clean inside! Not dingy and old like the one on Hammer. If only Rite Aid was open later! 10pm is too early! :( read more

Pharmacy is better than Walgreens but still a little slow. The drive thru is never too long which is nice! The store itself is nice overall. The cashiers are helpful and polite for the most part. They have good sales and sometimes I find good clearance items here! I love a deal especially on stuff I don't need lol. The ice cream is my sons favorite part. He likes the colorful one. This is why I don't go here. It's my first time going here cuz it's on the way to my daughter school and had a symptom. I got in line in pharmacy and when I got in to the counter, Lauren with an attitude said I was in the wrong register. So then I had to go to the other register which is next to her and star over and gave me more attitude about what I need, I had no time to spare because I have to pick my daughter so brush it off and I'm never coming back. I love Rite Aid's Thrifty ice-cream. They also have good sales from time to time.. like the other day I got Nivea chapstick on sale for only $1. Jameson was on sale for only $17.99. And also a Costco-sized Ketel One for only $32.99. I can't wait for the weather to pick up so I can come here everyday for their ice cream. I called in my refill on 10/20/16 for my disabled son and today (10/23/15) I went to get the refills they said they never got my order. He has many prescriptions, and I said well it's the three that need to be refilled. They were last refilled on 9/20/15 and Rebecca refused to check. So now I have to go across town to get his prescriptions and order them again..... How about you do your job, is it that hard to look up his medication and get it started so my son can get his prescriptions? My son's long list of medications gives you A LOT OF BUSINESS. The ice cream is here is very good. But whether you're getting Ice cream or something else you can expect to wait for a Lil bit to buy it. There's always just 1 person working In the front and they help serve ice cream, they work the regular register, and stock the shelves and do inventory. It never fails. Last night I came to get some ice cream with my boyfriend and this lady helped us her name was MONICA she was rude she kept giving me a stink face like she didn't want to help us. I was going to ask her if she hated her job because she's not very friendly and I was going to leave everything on the counter and not pay for it but I didnt. I've been working with customers for 6 yrs already and I never treated them like this she didn't say hi how r u, how can I help you, or have a goodnight. Your suppose to greet ur customers with a smile so they can come back and look at them all shity and help them like u have somthing up your ass.
