Can I trust them with my most valuable possession? And to top it all off, I was just coming off of being sick for a long time. I was stressed to say the least. I starting calling numbers that I could find for local contractors on Google. I didn't want some independent who would take my money and run. I wanted someone who at least had an office and ratings that I could verify. I set appointments with 3 different contractors, to get bids. The first company basically (without putting it in words) told me that my house was not worth their time. Cody Burch with Resolutions came out with one of his foremen and measured and looked around. The house was rough, no doubt, but Cody was sure I would end up loving it when it was done. But I had one more contractor to get a bid from. I can't even remember who the third contractor was but his price close to Resolutions. When I tried to call him back, I didn't get a response (I may have dodged a bullet there). Long story short, I believe the Cody and Resolutions was put here to help me, and they did. My house went from the scary Halloween house with the peeling paint and the nasty siding to a nice, respectable home! The crew was fast, courteous and friendly and I can't sing their praises enough. I have a stack of their business cards, and being in the real estate industry, will recommend them to anyone asking. Bless you all for what you have done. I love my home (though I still have work to do).

Unlike other contractors who bid on the same job, Trinity carefully examined the issue to understand possible root causes, and then talked me through exactly what they would do and why it would prevent the issue from returning. Trinity's bid wasn't the cheapest, but their reputation and communication made me much more confident in the investment, and I'm glad I chose them over the cheaper options. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

this place is scammy as hell…read more.. i accidentally booked an appointment online looking for a simple quote. one king size mattress pickup. no problem, i called them and asked if i could get a quote for the service i just booked. she quotes me $149. not a great price but i guess it could be worse (spoiler, it DOES get worse). i mention the $20 discount that i receive for booking online. she tells me that i have to mention it to the driver when they get here. no problem. so i should be paying $129.00 day of, right? wrong. the driver shows up today and immediately says "so i have to charge you more money." of course you do. he tells me that even though i listed the pick up as "one king sized mattress" and that is what the quote is for he would still have to charge me a $30 mattress fee for him and his partner to remove it... so what was the first quote for in the first place? for you to just LOOK at my mattress? my quote is now $179 with their convenient little fee. he tells me that the call center that i spoke with in regards to my quote doesn't have the correct pricing or information, which sounds a lot like something YOU AS A COMPANY need to fix, not expect your customers to pay for in extra hidden scummy fees. he did honor my $20 off booking online coupon and he did remove the singular mattress that i asked for, which is why you get two stars. but your company is a scam and will do anything to pinch a buck out of unsuspecting customers. do better. disgusting customer care.

He answers and tells me he can't come out but will talk me through it. On the first phase I screw up and get it wrong. He is patient and talks me through it again. We get disconnected halfway through, but I think I got it. Two hours later Matt calls me back. He's out camping and was in a dead spot but is good to go. I tell him what I did , and he still has to make corrections for me. The next day I check and the sprinkler is operating as expected. Can't say enough about Matt he is a man of character and will be my sprinkler guy for life.

I must say the quality was great which is why I am giving three stars. However, the guy was at our house for just under three hours. I got a bill for $400. We priced the materials at less than $40. When I asked for a breakdown of the bill, he said it was three hours of time at the home, plus an additional hour to go pick up the materials, which comes to $340 and then exactly $60 for materials. I understand the upcharge on materials since they potentially did not have a 2 x 4 and some plywood on hand (though I find that hard to believe) and had to go get them. But then to upcharge and add an additional hour just so he could charge us on the high end of his quote is poor business practice. I verified this with other companies. He should have explained ahead of time that there would be an automatic one hour charge to pick up materials. I would not use this company again simply because of their poor business practices.
