On top of that, HUGE shoutout to Richard who notified me of what could and could not fit in my tiny Honda civic, for recommending me places to rent trucks cheaper to transport the heavier equipment, and finally for helping me load over 2,000 lbs worth of equipment onto my car. And that stuff was heavy, we were loading over 200+lbs at a time. He also did a great job in helping with the weight distribution so my car wasn't scraping the floor and he did a great job turning huge things around in my car to make it fit. I was told it would be a couple more weeks, which is the exact response that I've been getting since May, when I first ordered my parts. I highly recommend to NEVER purchase a Marcy Smith Machine, and instead buy a US made product that has teamed up with US company to provide replacement parts! You will eventually have to purchase replacement parts, and you don't want to have the nightmare that I've dealt with! ***UPDATE*** 6 Nov 25 Called to get another update, and of course they still didn't have my full order, however the agent this time said they would open one of their orders off the shelf to get me my missing parts. I'm glad that they took this option, but that's 6mo later and after I made this recommendation a month ago, which I was told they couldn't possibly do that. I guess that didn't age well.
