This guy states he has 38 years of customer service... he needs to learn how to treat and answer phone calls from potential customers. Long story short. called him after emailing for almost a week ( to try and set/schedule appt) .. when I called, the guy sounded annoyed . I asked if he was ok, did I need to call at a different time.. He added " I don't have my paperwork with me but I guess I can listen. " LOL... are serious .. right NOW.. I called Denuar treadmill today, 7-8-24. My treadmill was acting up a bit, and not being a service person, I called for help. I had tried several other companies since the problem, but I couldn't get a straight answer, call back, or a reasonable price for a diagnostic. I was just about to give up and came across Denuar Repair. I called the number and spoke with Randy, who was interested in my treadmill problem. He let me explain the problem I was having and asked me all the questions you would expect an expert to ask. He said he could come by today to check it out. He gave me a time between 1 and 3 pm. I'm a type 1 and I control my juvenile diabetes with EVERY morning treadmill and walk at night - 47 years no health issues or complications at all due to exercise healthy lifestyle. Just wanted to update my previous review to add that I recently used Randy again to put assemble a rowing machine that I purchased for my home gym. The process couldn't have been easier, I texted him to ask for a quote, he responded quickly and told me that since he had recently been out to service and repair my cross over cable machine he would give me a discount on the rower assemble. Very cost effective and quick. I probably could have put the machine together myself, but I would have spent most of the day and ended up frustrated. Randy had it done in under an hour, walked me through what he did and how to use it and left the gym clean and tidy. Stop looking and just call him. Called for a quote this morning and they had a technician out to my home on the same day. For one flat rate of $95, the tech was able to assess the issue and repair within an hour. The technician (Randy) was very polite and knowledgeable. The nice thing about the way this company charges is that they ask for a flat rate,regardless of the time it takes to finish the repair, so long as parts aren't required they only charge the flat rate. Additionally, their rate was significantly less than another company I reached out to. I'm one happy customer and will continue to use their services for future maintenance and repairs. Called Mr. Thomas to check on my home gym to see if he can replace and fix a pulley system. I sent him pictures of what I needed before hand. He shows up and looks around confused. He then measured the distance for the cables and takes the same pictures I already sent him. He then sits around for a while on his phone. All this time I'm thinking he's looking for parts to replace but he was just looking at a website which I could have done knowing where to look. After all that was said and done which was basically nothing, he charges me $95 for coming out to take pictures, same pictures I sent him. What a rip off. First off he showed up an hour late. After he arrived, he removed the top off and did a quick inspection. He made a phone call and said the mother board needed to be replaced and it would cost 1000 dollars. The other option was to refurbish the existing board and that would cost 250. The fee for the diagnostic was 130;however, he said he would charge us 100 dollars extra to install it. What? Never use this company. read more

Very satisfied with this service. On time, professional, clean, and fair. We knew we had not taken great care of our treadmill, and now it is like new. Unfortunately Randy did not have the walking band for my machine and I had to buy it through a third party, which prolonged the repair date. Once the band arrived, I contacted Randy, and he quickly scheduled us in. I wish I had known the process but because Randy did not have the part, he charged us for coming back. Wow, they fixed it! AK Repair was hired to tune up and clean, but they made it worse, charged me $120, asking $508 to fix what didn't need to be fixed. After reading other bad reviews similar to ours at AK Repair we decided to try Denaur Treadmill and Elliptical Repair because others went there to repair the problems that AK Repair did. They came all the way to Beverly Hills, charged $117 and fixed it perfectly without replacing the parts that AK said must be replaced. Truly honest company and willing to work until its perfect. Randy was great. He was the third repairman to come to my house to evaluate what was wrong with my treadmill. The first guy from Fitness GT spent 5 minutes with me and told me I needed a new belt. Charged me $300 and never came back or returned phone calls The second guy from AK Treadmill told me I needed a new belt and wanted to charge $470 plus labor and tax. They still charged me $120 to spend 5 minutes on the machine to tell me I needed a new belt. Randy came over after I told him I needed a new belt and he was going to charge about half of what the other guys wanted. He looked at the machine and said I just needed belt lube and that the machine was in great condition. Charged me $95 for the service and I couldn't have been happier. Thank you Randy. Very impressed by the diligence, price and level of expertise. Randy arrived exactly when he said and even thought ahead to bring an extra motor for the model of treadmill I have. The motor was out and he replaced it quickly. Before I knew it my machine was working better than it has in years.
