He is a positive instructor, making each student feel at ease and comfortable. He challenges his students to allow them to get the most out of their practice. The practice space is small, so classes are limited. I have never had a problem getting a spot, however. Music, incense and dim lighting allow full relaxation. The studio also provides all the yoga accessories you will need: mats, straps, blocks, blankets, bolsters, etc. There are a variety of classes offered, mostly during evening hours, including two beginning level yoga classes and a challenging 2-hour yoga class on Sunday. The downside is that these 90-120 minute classes are not for the time crunched.

One of the best classes I've been to in awhile. The instructor was fantastic. Everyone was very welcoming. The studio was so spacious. She had amazing black out curtain to help set the mood of the class. I think it's awesome they still offer live streaming, especially for me who loves thirty minutes away and sometimes my schedule doesn't allow me to come in person. Other wise I'll definitely be returning for some more yoga bliss
