Overall dresses were pretty but the whole time me and my friends were there we were bad mouthed by staff. We originally came to find dresses for college homecoming but didn't even stay for even time minutes because of it. Service/Customer experience was horrendous. If you are needing something done correctly within the first three attempts I do not recommend.

My fiancé and I stopped by this week to try on wedding dresses for our wedding, my fiancé had no idea what sort of dress she'd like, so we went to try some different styles on. We had an appointment for 3 to 4:30. We went in and they were friendly at first. But as soon as we had told them when the wedding was and what our budget was they changed immediately. My fiancé got to try on two dresses and we were there for a total of 15 minutes of our original 90 minute appointment before the lady who was helping us had said my fiancé was done trying on dresses (when in reality my fiancé still wanted to try on more dresses, and the helper had just told her to get dressed). The helper had also talked to my fiancé's friends about a ballroom dress and the helper had said that my fiancé wouldn't look good in one and she said that about multiple dresses that we had selected. My fiancé has a preexisting heart condition and she honestly had been looking forward to looking at dresses, so she did not need the stress that she had gotten from this shop and the people who work there. Honestly I wouldn't recommend coming here for wedding dresses, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and my fiancé and I will just make the drive up to Cincinnati from now onward. read more

We got the tuxes for my husband and his groomsmen from the Ritz for our wedding. They all had to have things changed when they went down to try them on and the Ritz "fixed" them. They fit for the most part after the "fix," but when we get to the church we are missing a tie and they gave my husband a completely different vest color (which was "fixed" the few days before). They were not cheap, so we expected better. I would highly recommend someone traveling to Ashland or elsewhere for this service. read more

I'm not sure if they know what they're doing when it comes to tuxedos/menswear. My 5 y.o. son had his ring bearer tuxedo ordered from here and it was nowhere near properly sized. He was even measured in their store. The shirt looked to be 3/4 length, we couldnt button around the neck, and the pants were way too short. Sizing would have better fit a 3 yo. I'm just not sure how measuring and average sized child could go so wrong. What a waste of $120! read more
