The receptionist Kimberly Faulk was very responsive and helpful. I brought my car in they marked it up and began the process. I made them aware of a deadline I had for my car because I was moving when I dropped it off. I was never given a guarantee it would be finished only that they would work with me. The process seemed to be moving along great Kimberly was giving me daily text updates. It was getting close to the time I was scheduled to leave town, So I call my insurance to ask if I can pick up my car early, drive it to my new destination and finish the repairs there. She said sure as long as it's drivable. So the day I'm supposed to pick up my car I call and they say it not ready still in reassembly. Mind you this is a Thursday I'm trying to pick up my car. I received a text saying that my car would be reassembled that Monday before. So my insurance is like well since it's not drivable there's nothing we can do. So I decided to go by and check on my car in person because what I was told wasn't adding up. I pull up and my car is fully assembled painted and all. Just waiting for tint on the replacement window. When I showed up I asked to see my car and Kimberly was at a loss for words because she just lied to me over the phone to keep my car longer. The mechanic assured my my car would be just a few hours longer and I could take it. So I go run errands and come back to pick up my car. I do the walk through and there are burns on my seats. Kimberly proceeds to tell me they were already there. I said no they weren't look at the before pictures. She goes to the back and says she didn't have any pictures of the seat. So I ask to see the pictures myself. There are 4 pictures in a row of my seat without burns. She was not taking responsibility for their mistake and trying to put it on me. All in all Kimberly is a manipulative liar who can't be trusted. The mechanics did a decent job. I would never take my car back here. Customer service is everything!

However I specifically asked for my tri-bar Pony back off my modified grill and it's now missing. They replaced the Ford OME front end and grill but failed to install a replacement chrome pony. When I picked up the car, I asked about this and they said they'd order me one and I could pick it up. That was several weeks ago and no follow up. Finally. They kept calling me "Mr. Connally" and I have corrected them 4/5 times that is not my name. They can't read an insurance policy I guess. Beware. Not recommended.

I took it to these guys for the repairs, and first they tried to say I had a bad turbo, which I turned down because it was just inspected. Then after having the vehicle in the shop for a week, they reached out saying that there was a broken bolt in the camshaft, because the brake vacuum pump had "seized ". They said I wouldn't have noticed, how can a brake pump be seized and me or the dealership not notice this?? This is a critical part on these vehicles(2017 Range Rover evoque), the brakes would've felt hard. So I agreed to the part being replaced. When the vehicle was "repaired" after another week of waiting, they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know, I had to reach out asking for an ETA. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, it was filthy, had a nasty smell as soon as I opened the door, I noticed a new clicking sound coming from the engine bay, which I now have to get diagnosed somewhere else, and I noticed my dashboard screen display is damaged. Overall a terrible experience, definitely would not recommend anyone bring their vehicle here.

Jon, the service advisor, was friendly, clear, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including letting me know that their technicians would be taking lunch at noon--so I could plan my visit to avoid unnecessary waiting. That kind of thoughtfulness already set the tone for a great experience. They do not have a fancy waiting area nor a beautiful building facade or multiple choices of beverages but they have the best customer service, pricing and quality assurance of their work. I showed up a few minutes late (the place is like 25 minutes from my house), but I was greeted by who I am assuming was the same young man I spoke to on the phone. Very polite again. Then Joe, the owner and mechanic came to greet me and asked what I was in for. He took my truck into the shop within 5-10 minutes and was done with the alignment in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed both with the level of service and how nice both men were to me. The shop isn't the closest one, but I will definitely go back and I do recommend this little shop to anyone needing alignment or brake service.
