River Flow has an amazing staff of yoga teachers, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every class I've taken. While each teacher is unique in her practice, they all help create the amazing atmosphere of love, joyfulness, and acceptance in the studio. I am truly grateful for this wonderful studio that has become a sacred space for me in my hometown. River flow has a variety of classes to choose from so anybody and everybody can find a class that suits them- even kids! There's a great store, lounge area, library, and complimentary tea station in the front of the studio as well. Excellent first time yoga experience at River Flow. To date, I have enjoyed three classes (Gentle Flow, Yoga Basics x2) each a unique, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly; they worked with me to teach me the basics and instruct me on my technique, while simultaneously working to keep pace with the more advanced participants. You are not pushed beyond your level of comfort or skill, and I felt comfortable as a yoga novice. Studio is clean, well-appointed, and stocked with all supplies. Your teachers (I have had classes with Kelsey,Kristina& Alee) have a passion to teach YOGA. The classes I have attended have been mindfully taught. They flow nicely from pose to pose with transitions that are easy to follow. I felt like each side was given equal time (so important to me).... I went there with zero expectations of being able to do any complex inversions and I did a headstand without the support of a wall for the first time. I just wanted to learn.
