I attended the "Yoga for Lunch" session and really enjoyed the class. I appreciated that the course wasn't just driven around stretching and posing, but also incorporated spiritual health and meditation. It was a much needed break from my work day. I look forward to continuing to attend Yoga Inspired classes and sincerely encourage you to give it a try. Both advanced persons and beginners will love the atmosphere and experience.

They have little things like cool lavender towels and peppermint spray after your workout that just give it that sparkle. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, it's also super aesthetically pleasing! From colored lights, to candle lit classes, a boutique and even child care. There's just nothing like it. Also nothing beats working out next to other women!

I'm in my mid 70's and decided if I want to live much longer, I'd better get more active. I know of so many older people who fall and break their hip, then die, I assume due to congestive heart failure. Ive not taken good care of myself, particularly with diet, sleep, and now exercise. My husband had being going to CrossFit CSG for 2 years with amazing results. Although he also started taking krav maga at the same time, I don't think he would have lasted without the custom conditioning and training provided by the gym owner, Joanne Cogle. Ms. Cogle has helped my husband regain his strength, lose weight, and get strong. I started going to her a few months ago and whereas I was starting to walk stooped and in pain, she has improved my balance, mobility, posture, and outlook tremendously, and the benefits of each visit are noticeable. I do have some issues that are systemic, but she works around those and helps me feel stronger and younger every week. So much so, that I recently taking personal ju jitsu lessons as well. First off, I went there because my hotel, 1 block away had a terable out dated gym. At 5:30 am I crossed the street and dropped in on what was the beginning of a workout. Not only did they welcomed me but everyone one there a total of about 20-25 participant treated me as though I belonged there. What a work out it was. There equipment is top notch. The staff are all pros. Best of all, no ego. Keep it up CSG. I am a big city guy. I wish our local gyms were like yours. I'll be sure to stop by the next time I go out to Columbus. Thank you

I learned a great deal about crossfit in the short time I was there. I liked that Lex focused a lot on mobility. I haven't had an In depth training session on mobility until now. Crunch has wrongly continued to charge my husband and I $30 per month for the last five months…read moreafter I cancelled our memberships in-person due to a military PCS. The first issue was with my membership - they charged me for roughly two months, and then begrudgingly finally gave me a refund after I called incessantly. Now, the issue is my husband's membership - I have called dozens of times, only to be told the "manager will handle it later" (which, shocker - he never does!). 9/10 times when I call, an incompetent teenager picks up and clearly has no idea how to handle the situation (nor has the "power" to). Multiple staff members have acknowledged that I did in fact come in person to cancel both of our memberships in MARCH (it's now mid-July, mind you), but no one has cared enough to stop the charges. They know full well that we are no longer able to come in-person to demand this be rectified due to the fact that we moved out of state. I'm sure they would continue to take our money indefinitely if they could - luckily I have already requested a stop charge from USAA. As the customer, *I* should not have to be the one remembering to call back dozens of times over FIVE months to try to get MY money back. As a fellow business owner, I cannot even imagine treating customers so abhorrently. Disgusting and unprofessional. 0/10 would not recommend signing up for this gym if you are a military family or anticipate ever needing to cancel your membership. We were members for two years, and if I could somehow get every penny we gave to this shitty gym back, I would do it in a heartbeat. Before this all took place, I often recommended Crunch to friends. I will never recommend this gym to anyone again. Additionally, I will be escalating this to the BBB and AG as a) Crunch had FIVE whole months to rectify this, and *chose* not to, and b) I am clearly not the only person who has had this issue.
