I went there because I wanted to know more about Lip fillers using Juvidum, Dr. Paul helped me understanding the types of fillers and the different shapes and measurements of lips that I can go for if I wanted so. We also went through pics and discussed the side effects if any appeared to happen. This appointment was very helpful to me to have better understanding of what I need to know. Any way, before i go to see Dr. Paul, I heard a lot about how painful lip injections can be, but, My best friend had her filler done by Dr. Paul and told me That she hasn't felt any thing as the Dr. was very professional. I haven't even notice any bleeding or bruising on her lips, neither did she. I can see she is totally satisfied with her result, which in return encouraged me to choose this clinic and consider it. Before the treatment started, I informed the consultant that I had returned from holiday the previous week. She advised that, for safety reasons, it would be better to wait another two weeks before having the treatment. I appreciated the advice and agreed to postpone the session. The consultant and reception staff told me that rescheduling would be straightforward and advised me to contact the Hello customer service team. However, when I did, I was told that I could not reschedule my appointment and would have to pay for another session. This policy had never been communicated to me in my booking confirmation, reminder emails, or over the phone. To make matters worse, my appointment was marked as a "no-show/cancelled", even though I attended on time and was assessed by the consultant. When I called customer service to explain what had happened, the representative was rude and eventually hung up on me. In the end, Therapie Clinic took my payment, did not provide the treatment, refused to reschedule my appointment, and refused to issue a refund. I was left paying for a service I never received, despite following the advice given by their own consultant. The entire experience was handled with a very low standard of customer service and professionalism. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly have completely undermined my trust in Therapie Clinic. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Laser hair removal a great thing, great idea, but in practice it has quite some flaws. Those three stars represent overall product, rather than company's customer service, or staff behaviour etc. I was almost every time very satisfied on my visits, but this is not about that. I spent €99 for six sessions via groupon. Did not get the results that I was expecting. Did they reduce my hair count on chest? Yes. Significantly? No. I'd say reduction was about 40-50%. After my treatments finish and I didn't renew it, because I was reasonably happy with the results. Three month later I can tell that all hear is growing back on and treatment is only so affective as you keep continuously getting it. €99 per year doesn't sound as bad, but you can't expose yourself to sunlight or sun beds. You actually can, but then your treatment is postponed till your skin looses tan. Don't waste your money, unless you must get rid of 'em hairs.

The technician was very polite and thorough. Once the microdermabrasion and extraction are done, the last 30 minutes of the treatment mostly involves the application of magic goop and a face, shoulder & neck massage. By the end of the treatment my face felt almost freakishly clean. I was a bit pink immediately following my appointment, but it went away within an hour. While it's not the sort of thing I'll be doing too frequently, since it's quite pricey, I can definitely see myself going back again in a month or two.
