We also went through pics and discussed the side effects if any appeared to happen. This appointment was very helpful to me to have better understanding of what I need to know. Any way, before i go to see Dr. Paul, I heard a lot about how painful lip injections can be, but, My best friend had her filler done by Dr. Paul and told me That she hasn't felt any thing as the Dr. was very professional. I booked it as a treat for myself and expected a relaxing, thorough facial. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. The treatment room felt cold, and although heated towels were used, they were only lukewarm and cooled very quickly once placed on my face, particularly as it was winter. Before starting, I wasn't given an explanation of what the treatment would involve or what to expect. I was told that the metal extraction tool might be uncomfortable, but I wasn't prepared for how intensive the extraction process would be. Had I known in advance, I would have appreciated having the opportunity to decide whether I was comfortable proceeding. After the treatment, I had visible indentations in my skin and red, uneven marks across my forehead that remained for around three days. I understand that extractions can sometimes leave temporary redness, but this felt much more aggressive than I had anticipated. What disappointed me most was that the overall experience felt quite impersonal. There was no discussion afterwards about how my skin felt, no advice on aftercare, and no follow-up to check how I was doing. After spending €100, I left feeling that the experience was very transactional rather than like a personalised skincare treatment. I appreciate that others may have a different experience, but unfortunately I left feeling disappointed and would not return.

Before the treatment started, I informed the consultant that I had returned from holiday the previous week. She advised that, for safety reasons, it would be better to wait another two weeks before having the treatment. I appreciated the advice and agreed to postpone the session. The consultant and reception staff told me that rescheduling would be straightforward and advised me to contact the Hello customer service team. However, when I did, I was told that I could not reschedule my appointment and would have to pay for another session. This policy had never been communicated to me in my booking confirmation, reminder emails, or over the phone. To make matters worse, my appointment was marked as a "no-show/cancelled", even though I attended on time and was assessed by the consultant. When I called customer service to explain what had happened, the representative was rude and eventually hung up on me. In the end, Therapie Clinic took my payment, did not provide the treatment, refused to reschedule my appointment, and refused to issue a refund. I was left paying for a service I never received, despite following the advice given by their own consultant. The entire experience was handled with a very low standard of customer service and professionalism. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly have completely undermined my trust in Therapie Clinic. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
