The park is in a easy location to get to off the highway. My only issue with the park is the slabs are not very level and was a tight squeeze for a big RV tow behind. The RV sights are in the front of the park which made it easy to come and go. The sight has sewer, 30/50 amp service and water (don't know pressure but we us a regulator anyways). The amenities are not the best compared to some parks but the office manager was amazing and very accommodating. I would recommend this park for any traveler looking to explore the Kansas City area. And will stay here again when in the area.

They play favoritism to those who work and live in the park. They hire cheap non accredited contractors to do shotty work and disregard the safety of the residents who reside here. The inconsistencies how one neighbor is allowed a pool the other neighbor not your neighbor allowed 3 parking spots you only 2, one neighbor allowed a driveway the next neighbor not. Definitely not kid friendly, kids can not play at the park without the family getting fined, the safety of the residents is the last thing on managements agenda instead they disregard the residents safety and act as though only the residents that work for the park needs are more important. And dont even think if you are handicap that you should also be treated fairly cause you are not. The park is not handicap friendly rather is a safety hazard for those who are handicap. Very sad how residents are treated and threatened with eviction if you speak out about things, hope you think twice about renting/leasing from any Shapiro property management. The least I can do now is be a voice and speak out for those in fear of retaliation.
