I do not recommend this OB team. They were very clinical and not warm or thoughtful during my time with them as a patient. I had a good experience with their GYN team but would not wish their customer service of their OB team on an enemy. read more

They are so rude there !!! Do not go !! The receptionist was especially rude , and the insurance specialist was of no help at all either . I've never been more humiliated in my life at a doctors office before. I went for a financial appointment and was excited because I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have been waiting on this appointment for a month now. I have good insurance through my husbands work and apparently have Medicaid too which I didn't know I had and they treated me like crap because of the Medicaid . They didn't even try to help me understand why they wanted me to pay a $1,000 deductible and 20 percent of all other fees . I told them I'd find a different doctor and walked out! read more

Usually this place is great. Lately, there have been two females who have just been so rude. First time is when I had to change my last name and give a different insurance card. My insurance card that I gave to the lady up front had my new last name on it. When the doctor went to write me a script, he used my maiden name and I corrected him on it. He stated that I should go up to the front and let them know, very politely. I went up there and told them I needed to change my last name. It was another, nice, lady this time. She said oh okay and gave m a form to correct my last name. The rude lady came up and said what's going on and the nice lady said she has a last name change. In the rudest way possible, the lady says "well maybe someone should have told me that when she first got here..." And I was standing right in front of her. I said "my insurance card had my different last name, I thought you would have noticed" and again, in the rudest way she said "uhh...nope" not sure what her name was but I was appalled. Second time, her name is Lauri and she is Dr. Morgans nurse. I get horrible yeast infections and I was already prescribed two diflucan at that point and my infection was getting better but not all the way gone. I called and left a voicemail. Twenty minutes later, I called again because I've been dealing with it for almost a week and its getting irritating. Lauri picked up and I said politely, I left a voicemail but figured I'd call again and see if you were by your phone. In a rude, snarky way she says, " well it is Monday(chuckles a little) and I am taking calls with physicians but okay, what's going on" Did you really have to comment like that? You could have said nicley that you have been busy this morning. No need to laugh and make me feel like an idiot. I asked her for another diflucan because maybe three would work and get rid of it. The diflucan was helping it and I told her that but my infections are usually bad if they come up. She said no and that I need to make an appt. She talked in an extremely rude "I'm better than you" voice and shit every single one of my ideas down to give ME some relief until my appt. I work in the medical field and even if I'm irritated or not in the best mood, I do not comment rude and disrespectful things to my patients. I am considering a new gyno for the future. read more

The office staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. It feels like they assume everyone is ignorant and without insurance. The doctor I met with was awesome but I will never return here because of how the rest of the staff (mostly the office staff) treats people. I went in for an annual exam and when they tried to call, my voicemail happened to be full so I returned the call and it took them a while to figure out why I was called. Several months later I received another call and voicemail from the original caller stating it took her so long to call because my voicemail was "always full" even if it is, I can still see I was not called again. I later set up an appointment that I had to call and cancel due to a miscarriage and was billed for a no call/no show despite calling over a month both before to cancel it and lab work was set up at that time. They did remove those charges but only after basically accusing me of lying saying they "had no record of my call." read more
