At first, it was weird because as soon as you enter the office, there's a security sitting but very helpful instructed me to take a number and fill out a paper. After my number was called, I was informed that someone will call me but not sure whether to stay or leave, so I decided to leave and run some errands. In less than 30 minutes I received a call and drove back to turn in some paperwork. It was that easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's definitely worth a drive. There are two security guards by the door to check you in and make sure you're not carrying anything dangerous. You check in and get a ticket with a number on it like the DMV and wait to be called. Even though I have an appointment I wasn't called until almost 15 mins after my appointment time. The person that helped process my paperwork was nice and quick! I didn't expect a longer wait time when I had an appointment so be prepared for that.

Thankfully, when we returned, we asked for Regina, and she truly went above and beyond. She handled everything professionally, fixed the issue, and was kind, calm, and helpful throughout the process. She is truly the sunlight in a very moody and unpleasant place. There are three other workers here, and all of them had attitudes that made the experience stressful. Thank God Regina is here, and I sincerely hope she stays as long as I, my kids, and anyone else we know need to use this facility--because we will always ask for Regina. If management is hiring, please hire people with good attitudes who actually care about doing their jobs correctly and not messing things up for others.

I think we can all remember to show care and kindness to others and that will most often, be returned. waiting long at times means someone called out sick or something and often is no fault of the person behind the counter. I always like to ask them how they are doing and if it's typically this busy for them or if it's unusual, they usually do have a reason either a big wave or two people out so short handed etc. I know that would be stressful for me if I was an employee in their shoes.
