The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner however they are closed in between. Upon entering you are presented with menus and are able to choose a table to sit at. Their menu is very broad ranging from meat to ramen to fish and sushi. Ive been about five times already and always stick with the sushi while my partner orders a meal. The white dragon roll, pink dragon roll, and california roll are my favorites. Its very hard to find a sushi spot in Australia that makes actual rolls instead of nigiri so the moment I discovered this place I was hooked. The quality is outstanding and sauces they add are so delicious! My partner is in love with their garlic chicken and orders it each time. Prices are very reasonable and service is usually very fast. There is lots of different seating options. You can get a fancy-looking communal table, regular table, booth, or sit by the teppanyaki grills and watch the chefs cook your food while performing tricks. Another great thing is after you order you are presented with bottle caps. To the left of the register they have three charities they work with and big jars for them.
