This place has gone downhill in the the past year. I have a car wash membership and it's not even worth the deal that it is because the quality of the car wash is terrible now. The water doesn't even rinse the soap off! SOMETIMES someone will be there with a sprayers to try and do an extra rinse. However, service isn't the best either. The people operating the car wash are always missing so you have to wait a while before going through. Before you would be lucky if you got a vacuum that actually worked but they finally fixed them. Debating on if I should cancel my membership unfortunately. read more

The car wash here does not rinse or dry off your car very well, you need to make sure you have extra towels as you will spend lots of "energy" drying off your car especially if you have a truck. The attendant/manager was very nice to let me go thru twice as my Tacoma had tons of left over soap on it after the rinse. Stains everywhere, and this is Gold $14 car wash? I went to talk to the guy who was standing outside that gave instructions, that there are still a lot of spots and it's not clean, how am I gonna wipe them out? He told me to purchase towel inside the store to wipe them off lol. I'm so angry and disappointed. It was much worse than my $5 basic car wash in Anaheim which they even gave me a free mini wet towel to wipe. My first time here and will also be the last time I swear. For a quick drive thru wash, it does the job for the price. If you want to have a really clean car I suggest bringing your own supplies (cloth, window cleaner, tire shine, etc.) which is totally fine by me. The vacuums are amazing! I requested to cancel membership in writing on there form in June and handed it to the clerk needles to say in July they charged my card 25.00 I contacted them and the stated they didn't cancel my membership as instructed to do by me They then said they would do it now 6 days in to the next month with no refund ??? I had to go use the hand window scrubber to clean my windows after. I think that a depiction of how unsatisfied I was with my experience. Okay- so I've gone to 3 other locations similar to this one. Yes, it's still machine you drive thru and self vacuum at the end. This one ended before it even started. I basically got whiplash from how fast this was. And I wouldn't mind if my car looked clean after - but it still looks dusty like you just sprayed some water on it and that's it. Literally the end "drying section" was half of the car wash ... and there wasn't even anything drying your car lol just driving through nothing.. They don't give you a towel, or air freshener, and they don't dry your car after it goes through the machine. Worst $14 I ever spent. My truck was fillllllthy when I took it in Sunday morning. There was no wait time, I think there was one dude in the vacuum area and then a dude that got a wash after me so it's not really busy. I used a free wash coupon just to test it out, why not right? It did an ok job for the $6 wash, again my truck was super dirty. Only thing I really noticed was, I have a Tacoma and it missed the entire grill area. It seems like it would be worth it to do the unlimited wash deal though. Took my car for a $14 was and got the $6. And when trying to explain that the tires didnt get shined. I was told the machine knows what its doing. machines arent perfect!! Not spot free at all. Just got my car washed. I attached a photo of my front windshield to show there is still bird poop and water spots all over. The photo doesn't even show it as bad as it is in person. Worst 14 dollars I've spent. The smell was horrible in the area as soon as I rolled down my windows to pay. So disappointed. read more

This is the first express car wash I've go to where the operator turned off the top brush. He did this because of my bed extender, on my truck. He's seen the brush wrap around the extender and rip it out. Something I don't want to experience! The wash experience is/was nothing out of the usual, drive up, select the wash, and drive through. This was a place that I used to get a quick car wash. I used to love it because having impaired vision, there were always attendants out quick to help. I am not sure if there is new management or new personnel but hiring people who don't want to be there makes everyone miserable. I had difficulty getting into the car wash and was treated so poorly by the person in the car wash station who I believe it was his job to assist? Maybe I am wrong and his job was to stand there with a bad attitude? He chose to be irritated with me and my clear struggle as opposed to helping. It gets the job done. After searching for a decent drive through car wash and reading the many horrible reviews I stumbled upon this car wash. My biggest complaint is it doesn't have enough drying time or enough dryers blowing on the car. You drive under the blower for like 10-15 seconds and the car is still wet. And not just a little. Like you need a towel for the whole car because the spot free rinse is a lie from the pit. Still the car wash with the best reviews. Update 11/1/18: The manager left a comment about their spot free rinse. Sir/Ma'am, I've been using this car wash for 6 months and have yet to experience a spot free rinse. This is my first yelp review, I wish I could start with a great review however it is far from great. The first time I went to this car wash the people were extremely rude forcing people to wear a mask outdoors when using the vacuum even when the place was empty. Then when I didn't comply the manager shut the vacuums off. Today I decided to give them another chance and this time they damaged my new truck. They broke my antenna,ripped the weather stripping off and scratched the hood. My 83 year old mom used this car wash thinking it was a good option. They stole Christmas gifts and a gift card out of her car. It's a drive thru car wash with one attendant who guides you in, sprays down your grill, folds your mirrors and will also remove your antenna if you'd like. After you go through the way tunnel you have access to free self serve vacuums and trash cans. I'm surprised this place isn't busier than it is because it's honestly my favorite wash near by. TIP#1: Bring a towel with you to wipe some of the water off after the wash. The blow drier in the tunnel doesn't stay on very long at all. It's very quick. This gas station has gone from best to worst with their recent new staff. Stopped by today to fuel up, Sergio helped me behind-the-counter, but assigned my fuel to the wrong pump. I asked him if he could correct the mistake and he said that he will transfer the fuel to my pump, which he didn't. Instead he voided the transaction, which was fine but murmured "que la chinga" as i asked him to if i can enter my phone number for the rewards program. This isn't the first time, a few weeks ago I asked he cashier Ava if i could use their restroom and she said "no- it's not working." They denied to let me see the video tape yet they say it's on camera that my car was already damaged??? What a joke, This is a message for the owner..... if your automated machine is so perfect, why were there so many scratch marks on the rails where the tires line up as the car is being pushed??? Damage is happening somehow right?? I went there on a Saturday morning around 10 am and there was no wait at all, you pull up to a touch screen and choose which wash you would like to buy. The wash's are really affordable with $14 being the most expensive wash. There is also an attendant there if you have any questions. This is my new favorite car wash spot. I normally do the gas station wash a few times a month, so this is just what I need. The whole car wash experience was quick and easy. Really fun too! My daughter loved all the soaps and scrubbers. I got the $6 wash, liked it so much I immediately signed up for the $10/month unlimited deal. Perfect place for a quick wash. When I come out of the wash I towel dry my car. Then use the free vacuums. This is my favorite feature. Plenty of hoses, enough room to open my doors to really get a good vacuum. So far I have came here 2 times in the last year. First time I was really impressed with the wash but it's just out of my way to come to this side of town for a car wash when I have about 3 in my area. Today I happen to be in the area so I decided to come again. I just got a new Kia Optima and wasn't aware that the little shark tooth looking thing on top of my car will fall off like nothing! If you need a quick wash and free vacuum. Then this is the place for you. I come here every other Saturday around 3:00pm and it's kind of empty so I take my time vacuuming my car. Also make sure you take a microfiber cloth or something to dry your car. The dryer they have does a pretty decent job but your car will still be wet. Dry it so you won't get any water marks. You get to chose your different types of wash you want for your car. $6 being the cheapest. They also have a monthly membership with the $10 a month being the cheapest. It's clean outside the vacuum area and the workers seam friendly. I would recommend this place if your looking for a quick wash. read more

Why am I rating a car wash? Well, I found it on Yelp so why not? I paid for the bronze wash ($8) and, I don't normally use car washes, I just normally hose my car off in the driveway. I bought an unlimited car wash pass. The machines do a great job cleaning the car. The water the place used typical dries without spots.

The car wash and vacuums are excellent the price is good but not great. The reason why this is not a 5 star is because once you come the car wash and stage at the vacuum station the car or truck still has soap residue on the sides, the time between the last rinse and the high speed air dryer is to short. An extra 20 seconds on the rinse and this should remove all the soap. read more

This is a great car wash, and the price for the monthly club is well worth it. There are a few things I wish were tweaked a little bit (In case management looks at this) - There needs to be a person who power sprays the car at the beginning, just a rinse before the first roller. I think this is where people are getting the fine clearcoat scratches. There just isn't enough time between the application of the soap/surfactant and the brush roller. - The rinse sometimes doesn't get all of the soap off. - The blower at the end doesn't have enough time to blow off a lot of the water on the car. If you could do the pre-wash pressure washer rinse, then slow the speed of the cars moving through the line, I think most of these things would be fixed. As is, I still think it is a great value. Yes, I do get fine scratches, especially on the hood. You can fix this by either avoiding any car wash that uses brushes, or go to a touchless one, however they do not get the road grime off, so it is kind of useless. The other option is a hand-wash and it's easily 2-3 times as much money as a single wash here, and I'm not aware of any hand-wash places that have an unlimited monthly plan. What do I do? first use a Clear coat sealant, and then every once in a while use a cleaner wax. Did this on a black metallic paint job and the scratches were completely gone. As far as drying it, bring a microfiber cloth with you and spend 5 minutes at the vacuum bays drying it off. The vacuums are extremely powerful. read more

Just went there for my second time today. I had the 6 dollar car wash and my SUV came out super clean and almost totally dry. However, the very best about this car wash are the people who work there. Inside attendant very polite and explained different options and Willy, the outside attendant went above and beyond in his customer service. He actually dried the few wet spots the blower could not get, for me because I forgot to bring my towels. He mentioned that he could do this because he had a couple of minutes time and nobody else needed help and that customer satisfaction was his goal. Very professional and super friendly.
