I come here because they'll do a bucket wash on my vehicle for $47.99 I'm not a fan of getting my vehicle washed through the drive thru. Those brushes will scratch your vehicle even though they their brushes are soft. Hopefully it doesn't rain tomorrow. If so, I can take my receipt and receive a car for free. The inside of the car wash is extremely dirty and dusty. The outside is in bad shape too. But I'm pleased with the car wash of my vehicle and the way the inside is cleaned as well. read more

Took my Model 3 for a hand wash. They could benefit from a pressure washer on their outside hand washing area. Suds weren't impressive. The used an oil based protectant on my floor mats which made them slippery. Car was clean but the lack of suds for sure left some swirls in my paint. Very unlikely that I'll be returning. read more

Do NOT bring your cars here. The manager has no customer service skills and is so rude. Once the guys were drying our car we noticed something hanging from underneath the car. We brought it to the employees attention right away. The employees were all so kind and said we could speak to the manager so he can look back at the cameras and see if it happened here. I spoke to the manager who was a total douche bag and was so dismissive. He said that he would not look at the cameras because he is certain it didn't happen there. He said "you ran something over and you must have not even paid attention" I'm sorry what? I'm so sure I would know if I ran something over. I even said look if I brought it in like that fine but my cameras at home show it wasn't like that. He continued to speak over me and not listen. Total ASS! I asked to speak to the owner and was told there was no way of doing that. I will never bring any of my cars here again. I'd also like to mention I never accused them of damaging the car. They're getting a 2 today because they have these 3 massage chairs that are older than dirt. When you sit in them for more than a minute, a sharp piercing ringing starts unless you feel the machine with money. First of all, I'm not going to spend my hard earned money on some nasty old chairs. I bet 97% of the people who sit in them do not spend their money on them. Anyway, they used to let people unplug them so the annoying alarm wouldn't go off. Well, now the owner doesn't want people to do that. Then take them out and put new ones in or regular chairs. I paid $40 for the Turbo wash because my Mazda needed some love. I have taken my wife's Mach E there before and it was a decent job, so I said, let's do my car next. Turns out, they do a half assed job no matter what you pay (I paid for the lowest tier last time and go a better job). They didn't even vacuum my trunk! I have photos. I paid $90 for a "manager special" car wash. Tire shine was applied throughout the interior, which has caused damage. When I brought this to the employee's attention, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told that my car was "already old" and that the damage did not matter. For clarity, my vehicle is a 2023 model, well-maintained, and not "old." Has twin turbo which is full paid off and cost me a lot of money. I requested to speak with a manager to resolve the issue professionally, but I was informed that the manager was unavailable and unwilling to speak with me. So now I have no choice put to bring a lawyer for them to fix the damage cost inside my car! I do have confirmation from one of the workers that tire shine was used inside the vehicle. I am documenting this matter and pursuing appropriate next steps to address the damages done to my car interior. read more

Coincidentally after damage has brought up on the vehicles we have only serviced at this location. The management here is petty, likely due to the owners son now running things. They will make excuses for damages done to your vehicle and claim it wants done with their locations. BE AWARE. Check apple or Google maps to see other reviews. There has been consistent damages done to vehicles at this location. Only met with denial from their staff who supposedly are " lead ' or ' supervisor '. They can only con new members for soong and it's terribly sad because the men who actually get the job done are hard working. My family and I will no longer be going out of our way to visit this location. I've been coming here for over 15yrs. The last three years every time I bring in my dually truck the price is all over the board. I know the write up guys are on commission but that should only be for upselling to a wax or detail. The base price should be the same. I've been paying $49.99 for some time now. Today the guy hits me at $59.99. I told him to please look at the account and see that it's less. The guy has worked there for 7 months. He walks over to the manager and explains my concern. The manager raises the price to $79.99. Manager stated he must have not seen it's a dually. BS. Then he says I'll leave it at $69 prices have gone up. I tell him I understand prices go up but every time it's a different price. Can he input in my account what the price is so I don't have to go through this every time. He says no. When I told him this will be my last time here he couldn't have cared less. I'm pretty sure this happens to a lot of people. I'm not coming back and I hope others do the same if this has happened to them. read more

I came in here to get my car washed and to let them on top of the service I paid an addt'l fee ($18 to put shiny coat on plastic trim. I told Joe the mngr as I showed him a picture that half was not done. I was shocked by the way Joe responded to me. After paying for my service, he raised his voice and was practically yelling at me in front of other customers. This was completely unprofessional, humiliating, and unnecessary. I expect respect when I'm a paying customer, not to be yelled at. The wash itself was fine, but the way I was spoken to ruined the entire experience. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest management address their customer service. I cannot recommend this establishment. read more
