Quail run bar found bug in plate of onions ringss. And told bar tender about it .and all so greasy.

    The slot machine

I would have to give river rock casino a very low grade, base on the service and treatment we received. Poor functioning slot machine. There wasn't any service assistance in the smoking area, it's a small room with many slots machines, it would be very difficult to be assigned that gaming area. I had to leave and go out to find help after waiting 20 minutes to an half hour, trying to receive $8.11, the ticket didn't print out. The amount is low yes, it's ours money may I have it please, making a very long short, being accuse of receiving a ticket and playing it in a different machine. We had a witness actually helping us, your ticket did print you assistant, oh good luck finding help. She absolutely correct, she left the during the wait, they was firm about not returning our, so I left to go to customer service, I heard someone say did you get your money, wow there you go the witness/ out helper in matter. I went and got the service assistance and security, security was them for some reason I didn't know why, took them over where the was playing her machine. She explained no ticket printed, I told them they need service to come. I presented them the actual person instructing us on what to do and they still stuck with that story the ticket printed. I shook the witness hand thank you. I'm ready, I'm done with river rock casino. Oh very beautiful area to place a casino, but I want see the finished product, I'm not going back there. Member #754625 I want be treated any kind way.

The food in the restaurant is not good. It was oily and cold. I would rather eat fast food than sit in the uncomfortable dining room.

The only disappointment was that one of the three riverside tents was not next to the other two, even though we had booked the tents in 1 reservation. I thought I had confirmed they were next to each other, but it did not work out that way. While we were at Wildhaven, we had horrible rainy weather. However, our family still had a blast! The rain didn't stop the kids from biking, scootering, fishing, etc. We made the best of it and everyone had a great time. The facilities were clean, the tents were spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the website accurately described all amenities. We paid extra for the early check in and it was worth it because it gave us more time to get settled in before heading to the river and maximizing our first day. I would recommend water shoes for adults and kids because the river is really rocky. We failed to bring water shoes and lost two pairs of sandals that floated down stream. We look forward to another trip at Wildhaven :)

This was our second stay at Wildhaven. If you had asked me after our first visit last fall whether…read moreI'd recommend this place, my answer would have been an emphatic yes. We loved it so much that we planned to make it an annual family tradition. Unfortunately, this trip completely changed my opinion. This time we booked one of the cabins instead of a tent. My reservation clearly stated there would be four guests, yet the cabin only had three pillows. My kids slept on the futon, and the blanket provided for them had obviously not been washed--it was covered in dog hair and goathead stickers. When I asked for extra pillows and blankets, I was told they didn't have any available. I ended up having to Instacart pillows and blankets on the second day because it was too late to get them the first night. My kids used my blanket that first night. I understand and appreciate that Wildhaven is dog-friendly, but I think there should either be designated pet-friendly cabins or a much more thorough cleaning process between guests. What if my children had severe dog allergies? That simply isn't acceptable. The campground was also completely booked, so I expected the shared facilities to be cleaned more frequently. Instead, the men's restroom was filthy by 7:00 p.m., and the cleaning log showed it hadn't been serviced since 4:19 p.m. The handwashing and dishwashing stations were also out of paper towels. The final disappointment was the wagon policy. Campers are encouraged to buy firewood on-site to help prevent the spread of invasive insects, which we happily did. However, we were told we had to pay to rent a wagon just to transport the firewood and ice to our cabin. Last fall, guests were allowed to use the wagons at no charge for this purpose. Charging extra for something that supports campground rules and conservation efforts felt frustrating and unnecessary. Wildhaven is still a beautiful property, and that's what makes this experience so disappointing. We truly wanted this to become a yearly family tradition, but after this visit, I don't think we'll be returning. I hope management addresses these issues because this place has so much potential, and our first experience showed just how great it can be.

It's about a mile from downtown Geyserville so not really walkable to restaurants. We booked a deluxe king room with a balcony from a third party site. On their web site, it's shows vineyard views. The room we were given had a view of the pool and freeway, which was quite loud with kids in the pool and car noise. For $220/night, I don't like to look at the freeway. Ask for a vineyard view if you go there. The rooms were nice, recently remodeled with a mini fridge, fireplace and comfy bed. Loud air conditioner and people talking in the hall detracted from ambiance. In the summer, they often have weddings or bands on the back lawn so be sure to ask about that. The Inn did give us a free wine tasting for two at Bannister in town, which was quite good. The Inn has wine receptions on some Fridays nights as well. Overall, I'd recommend but ask for a room that doesn't face the freeway or parking lot.

The girl at the front desk was so friendly. Stayed in room 209 which is upstairs. The rooms are nice. Our room looked out onto a vineyard. (Nice view without the hefty price : ) There is a small patio with a door too. It was nice to let in the cool breeze. Since Sunday was Easter Sunday, the grill next door was offering a discount on their brunch items. One small item....the bed linens seem to be kinda worn this time and not so fresh and crisp. I could hardly tell there were pillow cases on the bed pillows. Other than that it was a good overnight stay.
