Long story short he installed a balboa controller that would only handle 4 pumps, problem is I have 5 pumps and a blower motor so I would have to have no blower motor and one of my seats not working or the wave on the lounger. Told me I had a blown #2 pump only to find out after Bell Pool and Spa actually repaired everything Mike didn't have power to the pump, thus not working. End result was he gave up removed the balboa controller and reimbursed my money for the new controller and left me with a NON working spa. All this after I think 5 different visits to the house to try to get the controller working. I would recommend Bell Pool and Spa that actually fixed my spa.

I have been having Tifer Jellyfish Pool Service help me with my pool and this past week when the…read moreice storm happened, they came right over as soon as the weather cleared up, and checked on the pool. My pump froze and busted and instead of trying to sell me a new pump, Martin offered to order a part (significantly less expensive) to just replace the housing. I was already thinking I needed to replace it entirely so it was very nice that he was looking out for what will save the most money and not try to get me to buy something I didn't need. I greatly appreciate the reliability and honesty, especially that they came over when it wasn't my scheduled service day.
