I accidentally spilled a lot of water on the only clean clothes that I had as I was on the end of a long business trip. I was looking for a laundromat to dry my clothes before my work meetings started and was lucky enough to come across Phoenix. After I explained my issue they took the time to get my clothes dried and pressed in a very short period of time. They staff was very friendly and the environment was very welcoming. First they shrunk my husband's suit pants. The entire cost of the suit was $800. Then told him…read morethat they could only reimburse him up to 10x's of the cost of the cleaning which is around $50. My husband sent them the receipt for the suit. When I called to better understand the situation, Jessica (the woman who works there) told me that the suit size did not match the size of the pants (men's suit sizing goes by the chest - the size reflected on the receipt was the suit size not the individual pants size. Jessica accused my husband of lying about the pants because she doesn't understand how suit sizing works. When I called back to give her information about suit sizing and to assure her that my husband was not lying, she hung up on me several times and would not take my call. Go here if you want to have your nice clothes ruined, be out the cost of a suit, be accused of lying, and getting hung up on. If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and do not use this dry cleaning service.

Wow what can I say!? We've used a local "laundromat" style drop off service as well as a dry…read morecleaners with delivery for our household laundry, and this is absolutely the best. With the laundromat we still have to remember to pick it up (then put it away ugh), and more frequently than not our clothes don't stay separate so all the time we saved not doing laundry is spent resorting each family members items when we get home. With the local chain dry cleaner delivery our clothes sit on the porch all day(or longer) before we get home ,which one time resulted in soaking wet clothes after a rainstorm (had to redo ourselves). This service seems to have cured both problems. My kids clothes stay separate from ours and after the initial setup the app made scheduling a snap. We keep early hours and I LOVE that I can schedule the pickup before dawn so me and my wife can throw our workout gear in right before pickup. Awesome service!

The current staff lack customer service skills and it may be an issue of nepotism because the manager just feels that she needs to defend her daughter rather than assessing the customer experience to determine if the employee rightly handled the matter. For anyone working in customer service to yell or use profanity is uncalled for, especially when the customer isn't yelling or using profanity. Worst dry cleaning experience I've had so far.
