Jessica accused my husband of lying about the pants because she doesn't understand how suit sizing works. When I called back to give her information about suit sizing and to assure her that my husband was not lying, she hung up on me several times and would not take my call. Go here if you want to have your nice clothes ruined, be out the cost of a suit, be accused of lying, and getting hung up on. If I could give zero stars I would. He greeted me when I walked in the door and did a great job ensuring he knew what I wanted done with my hair. He worked quickly and gently, and finished it with a hot towel and straight razor. Yes, I have had longer hot towel finishes (as another review mentioned), but I'm not coming for the towel, I am coming for a quality haircut, which is exactly what I received. My personal experience found the negative reviews to be misleading and not accurate. All of this to say, I have found my barber in Tulsa now, and I will definitely be going back to Tom the next time I need a cut!
