my dad was in this place from oct 9th - jan 6th. my dad right leg had to be amputated due to neglect. I asked about range of motion and therapy nothing! my dad right knee was contracted. calling after hours please no one answered. I spoke to the DON which adrienne guy which she stated she haven't seen my dad foot. wound care nurse deshaunte mccant who claim she did everything right but failed to notify me about my dad wounds. craig parker lmao he said he knew but still didn't inform me. I still haven't spoken to the Dr. when asked for his medical records they only sent some. oh yeah I also have to pay for the medical records. They refused to give a refund. My dad has been out of it since his surgery. I can't overstabnd how people would sit there and turn a eye on what has happened. My dad leg was infected to the bone. not one person would speak up or out or even give a explanation on what when or why... they failed to notify and they failed to render aid!!!! read more

As agency in and out it's a dump on the inside back in the patient care areas- staff members are lazy rounds aren't properly made and the DON is a joke. I feel so bad for the patients there regardless of there mental state, we are there to serve the patients- staff members act as if it's a crime to ask for help, the place is dirty, housekeeping is ridiculous I know of 1 house keeper that cleans, but she can't do it all alone. These folks are child like and don't care anything about these residents and rehabilitation patients. Please take your family home to receive care. If you have a need for ventilator care. This facility is great. The respiratory therapists are awesome. The nurses on that hall are great. If you need Physical Therapy, this place has great therapists. The therapy dog "River" is awesome! The facility has had a makeover and a change in administration since the previous two reviews were left so I hope that those reviewers would have a different opinion if they ever found themselves there again. read more

My mother in law has been here in rehab since the end of March. she has since finished her rehab and transitioned to their long term. The staff is friendly. admissions director Miss Lisa is helpful and does her best to make everyone happy. The front desk ladies are there with a smile. Miss Letha in the business office has most all the answers and if she didn't she would find them out. read more

Was the only place we could get a room for my husband for physical therapy after Covid . Looks like a dump from outside. He said physical therapists were great and very helpful. Office staff is very disorganized . CNAs were lazy, unfriendly and seemed annoyed when asked for help . He is glad to be out of there! read more

One of the worst places I've ever been to. I went there for rehab after a car accident. The Rehab department was great!! They were friendly,knowledgeable and very helpful and caring. However, the stay there was horrible. You had staff upsetting the patients,especially those with alzheimers and or dementia. CNA's running down the hall charging at the nurse on duty threatening to kill them. CNA's bringing their children to work with them bouncing balls against the walls and disturbing the patients trying to rest. If you filed a complaint with the upper staff, it leaked back to the CNA you reported and then they retaliated on you. After being discharged 2 months. the lady over the billing department changed my address on my insurance for the following months making it unable for me to continue my home health therapy, nurse and aid, which I very much needed. Because my insurance is connected with my Disability check. My check is also delayed causing me to have to get out and go places to recover my money and insurance. It also caused me late fees and stress. Of course she denied that she did anything wrong or made any type of mistake and refused to fix it. I contacted several people who contacted her on my behalf and asked her to fix it. She just denied everything saying "well, I was just trying to get her insurance to pay us and it shouldn't of changed anything." PLEAS DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS THERE!! They also ignored my food allergies and preferences. Why ask what I like, can and can't have if you're gonna ignor it? read more
