After asking for all kinds of documents and questions that were very personal in nature we rented the house. He never disclosed that he was our neighbor, which made us very uncomfortable. Fast forward more than 2 years and when it was time to leave, HE made it almost impossible to get our deposit back, citing all kinds of crazy excuses. The owner of the house was an amazing landlord but dealing with Neal was a nightmare, our neighbors had to deal with him and they also HATED him.
