From start to finish, the GM was transparent and upfront about everything. He has been responsive and even with little logstical hiccups, with 3rd-party contractors, we felt we were kept in the loop. I became so frustrated with no action that I finally reached out to our neighborhood on Facebook. Through FB we were able to find a couple that were very interested. After seeing the modular, they wanted to make an offer so I referred them to Michael. Just before I sent them to Michael, he and I discussed some kind of a split in commission if we brought him a buyer. The sale went through but when I contacted Michael about the commission, he ignored me. Needless to say, he took all the commission. Would I deal with him again, absolutely not!

this place was a very nice park before the manufactured home park investment company bought it. it…read morehad an on site manager, all shrubs around the park and playground were maintained, the streets were cleaned weekly by a street sweeping company, the playground was clean. now street lights are not fixed, there is a playground only fit for the stray cats that overrun the neighborhood (it is now a litterbox), piles of bags are left in fron of the green bin, because the manager won't answer calls and residents are frustrated. stay away from this place... don't concider buying a home here!!!

They've raised rent costs…read moreenormously but have completely abandoned any care to the land they own- there's overgrown hedges that block the road, feral cats that leave feces in the park area at the end, which also has an enormous pile of waste that the owners refuse to collect and they refuse us access to the dumpster itself to dispose of the plant waste as it should be. Multiple street lights have been out for months now and the owners have ignored calls and even in person visits from SEVERAL of my neighbors now, including me when asked to provide the maintenance they are legally responsible for. Looking for a nice place to live? Steer clear of here.
