Take 10 days for the appointment & we drove 5 hrs for this appointment . They came and did not take any responsibility for what they install incorrectly- causing garage damage leaving us with a broken garage. They can help us fix the roading off the track but they refuse to help us. We need to fix and we have to find other technician but no one can do last last-minute job. End up we have a friend - we call FaceTime with a friend & my friend help us - show us how to fixed it...in 10 minutes it's fixed by myself. There is no sympathy for what is the best way to achieve their goals of this company with consumers. We are general contractor license - you can not hang over the customer like this case. You need to find a solution. And they're never call us back. Well, I think they're too busy. This city small town & everyone will know you - know your name - know a quality of your work .
