If you are not on a top floor never expect any peace while living there. If you complain to the owner/property manager you are probably insulting a childhood friend and will get NO support even when you are not the problem and threatened to be evicted for being loud about it to them. You can NEVER speak to anyone in person and everything is done online. If you make a cash/paper payment you will charged ten dollars per payment. I had given many notifications of my intention to move out at the end of my lease instead of renewing it because of the paper thin walls, poor management and very loud buildings as just a start. By this time I knew I was not dealing with professionals and wrote on my last paper rent payment my intention to move out thankfully because they was trying to charge me for another full month. I also decided to document with video all my notices and apartment conditions on my lease so they couldn't keep whatever they saw fit to If give it back at all. It was a terrible experience and one I'm glad to be finished with. The apartments are EXTREMELY small, aged and poorly managed. For the same money I live in a secured apartment complex very close to this location in Corunna that's very well known for its commitment to providing regular maintenance and amenities to its residents. If there were negative rating abilities on this app I'd give it that. There is no reviews available on their google page for a reason. Buy be warned on this one! You are welcome in advance.

Andy got back to me very quickly and we scheduled a time for him to walk through to give me a quote. He arrived as planned, and we went through what we needed. Andy provided me a quote and we talked about deposit, and Andy went on his way. I had received a couple of other quotes too, and we went with the lowest bid which was Andy. Now normally I like to go with the mid ground quote, but the dream house cost a pretty penny and we were going to be with them, so cost was a big factor for us...but Andy was nice at initial meet so I paid the deposit and hoped for the best. Fast forward a few days, and Andy reached out to let me know that he was on the way but had a brief hold up. He and 3 other individuals arrived, introductions were made and we did another quick walk through to show the team of 4 what was getting moved. Andy, Dan, Jackie and Steve got to work, moving all of the stuff we discussed. Okay, these guys made quick work of our heavy stuff, you know, all the stuff that our 40+ year old backs need time to recover if we had moved. Or the stuff that would have caused my husband and I to argue, or the stuff that we moved the last time and said WE ARE NEVER MOVING THAT STUFF AGAIN! And I have no idea how they did it so quickly because they did it with utmost care!! In addition to being great at their jobs, these people were all just really good people. They were super nice and just chill people that made the day fly by! Okay, maybe my day flew by because we were going to my aforementioned dream home, and they lifted all the things big and small. The day came to an end and Andy and company came through 6 minutes under the estimated timeframe. This crew went above and beyond and although I AM NEVER EVER EVER, GOING TO MOVE AGAIN...if my fatal flaw rises up again (I creep on Zillow), I will be sure to call Andy and the rest of The Crew Moving Company!!!!

I feel bad leaving this because they were very nice, fast & responsive however the work was really…read moredisappointing & now I'm stuck with things to fix & things that cannot be fixed without more cost to me. He said let him know if anything needed fixing but crumpled up all the rolls of spare unused paper & I can't imagine trusting them to do a good job fixing anything. Plus at $1200 for 6 hours total of work, I feel sharing would spare someone the same expense. These guys would be fine if you have a rental, you're in a hurry & your wallpaper is super cheap. I bought really nice paper from York that's $140 a roll & in the areas that are done well, it's worth it. On the areas that aren't, it really makes me sad what a rushed & sloppy job they did, because now that's all I see. I had the ceilings & trim professionally painted and the walls to be papered, 90% prepped. A cpl areas needed was a little sanding. I asked the installers if they wanted me to do the minimal sanding left & they insisted they'd do it. Attached are photos where they put paper right over the only few spots that needed sanding & they're in 1 of the most well lit areas. They didnt start the roll on the corner, so it was then cut super jagged & he said he'd fix it w trim, which sounded nice until he put up this really basic trim that doesn't look right & nail gunned the corners so hard it broke thru the plaster (& walls we just had painted) If he would've started the roll at the corner like a pro, this wouldn't be an issue. He patched it but now I get to sand and paint what was just painted. He bought kaulk (gave me the receipt to pay for) & instructed me to glue the molding to the plaster, which I don't think will look good. They also left a ton of marks from their ladder on the freshly painted ceiling that I cannot reach since I don't have that kind of special ladder for stairs, as well as glue & color from where they cut the paper also on the ceiling. He also ask if we wanted any of the unused paper but instead crumpled all the unused rolls up into the box they came in & said it was garbage. I know you'll have waste w paper but they needed 2x the amount that every roll estimator said based on the walls (estimated 4, needed 4 more) They had 2 contractor bags of paper waste in addition to what's pictured which seems like way too much. Especially since they didnt offer to let us keep it to cover the light switches with & what I trash picked it too crumpled to do the switch with. They also didn't paper the arch way or ask if we wanted to paint it prior, which will be a huge pain to paint around the paper now, unfortunately. Again, they were very polite but $1200 for a rushed 6hr job, plus all that additional waste of paper is really a shame.

I was also told that for moving this distance (approximately 70 miles) it was standard for companies to charge for the weight of the truck once it's loaded, milage, an hourly base rate, and additional fees like having to travel up stairs. I was flabbergasted. I called this company just to see what they had to say, expecting the same answer I had gotten from multiple other sources, and was shocked when they told me they would charge $80 flat rate, no other fees (they told me they even do out of state moves at that rate too!). The last time I moved, I paid $300 for a U-Haul and had to move everything myself. At the end of the day, I paid these guys $480 for six hours of labor and they took care of everything. Not only was their rate the most competitive, their movers were THE NICEST guys. They got right to work and didn't try to waste time, but were super personable and chatted with me and my Dad the whole time. They knew what they were doing, took ridiculously good care of my furniture (even the cheap-o particle board stuff they wrapped up and took precautions with), and even thanked me and my Dad when we carried boxes to the truck. I honestly can't say enough nice things about this company and I wish them all the luck in the world. Every single penny of that $480 was worth it and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!
