I was very kind when I called back knowing I'd feel bad also and just asked them to make me a new one another day because I was busy and the girl felt so bad that she also offered to refund me. She was so sweet. I made sure they wrote down my name so I wouldn't have to put up with what I just put up with. That girl with glasses and dark hair is extremely rude. I came back told her what happened and she said we refunded you, you're not getting another coffee unless you pay for it. I explained to her that that's all I asked for in the beginning, but then the employee on the other end of the line offered that to me as well as remaking it. Which is great customer service I was thrilled. The girl today was extremely rude and mad as if it was my fault. I ended up getting the coffee, of course it was made the wrong way again- and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window.
