What a great local coffee shop! I stopped in after a quick trip to Louisburg post office and I'm so glad that I did. I grabbed an almond joy iced latte (yes, delicious!) and a chocolate and banana marble cake slice. The marble cake was so good! There were two lovely ladies working and they are both so friendly. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Decor is very cute, a lot of great drink options, many yummy pastries and ample seating. Definitely plan to return soon!

I was looking for a local coffee shop since there are no Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts nearby. I stumbled across Blue Collie Coffee and it is such a cute little coffee shop. I ordered a Frozen Peppermint Latte and a Frozen Carmel Latte. Both drinks were wonderful!

    Very dry cappuccino

Fantastic find in downtown Louisburg. I had soup/sandwich combo and was delicious. The service was outstanding. I even ordered a cappuccino extra dry, (all foam) and it was perfect. Even came with an inspirational message. I will be back!

What a cute coffee shop! Blue Collie is a local shop whose owners support non profits in the area. It's all about community. And the coffee is good, too. With all the same coffee shop beverages you'll find at the chains, Blue Collie takes all of that and yet makes its standout concept the most basic of all: community. The coffee is from Hillsborough's Joe Van Gogh. The tip jar donations right now go to the "happy camper" non profit program (franklin county) of United Way. Some of the baked treats come from Strong Arm Baking in Wilton. The sandwiches and bagels are from the local college. The owners make a point to hire post high school students with learning challenges offering them a chance to learn some skills and earn some money. Although I had had enough caffeine for the morning, I seriously toyed with the idea of getting another cup because it tasted that good. Maybe it was the cinnamon sprinkled on top -- don't know -- but I was disappointed when the cup was empty. Nice shop. Good coffee. Great people.

Super friendly coffee shop with great coffee and staff in Louisburg, Franklin County, NC. Besides the coffee, there is a variety of locally made pastries. Louisburg is a small town about 25 miles North of Raleigh well worth a day trip for Triangle residents.

So it seemed the perfect spot for lunch before my performance nearby. (It is behind the Hardees and next to a physical therapy facility.) The restaurant has dine-in and take out available. You just order at the counter and will be given a number and your food will be brought to your booth or table. The menu is pretty large with pizzas, pastas, salads and sandwiches. The dining area is large and casual. There is plenty of seating but a lot of open space so you have room to enjoy your meal. When dining out, I tend to order dishes I don't make at home. I was planning to go with an eggplant dish here but decided I wanted shrimp so went with the fettuccini alfredo as I don't cook that either. It came with a small loaf of bread. So I will need to return for some eggplant and maybe a pizza. They have fountain drinks and some beverages in a coolers up front. I thought I'd get an iced tea but there wasn't any near the fountain drinks, I don't like Pepsi so got a Dr. Pepper. I hope tea is added as the Wake Forest location has iced tea. I enjoyed my meal very much. The portion didn't look that big when it arrived but I found out that plate was a bit deceptive as I struggled to finish. I did eat all the bread too as I couldn't resist as it was that good. The staff was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Parking was easy enough to find in the large parking lot. Mario's is a great addition to Louisburg.

I understand that our family bought meals at 8pm but come on! The pictures below say a thousand why's! I ordered a 2 piece chicken one breast and one leg, fries and water. Simple right? When I opened the box the first thing I noticed was a piece of chicken I couldn't recognize. Your chicken use to be big, plump and juicy. This breast must have fallen into the fryer twice. Super dry and the skin was too crunchy to eat. I might have received 12-15 fries and the biscuit was far from being buttery, light and fluffy. Dry and sitting out for too long. Look I get it. Late in the drive thru. I just wanna go home. I am totally grateful for the men and women who work on the front lines of customer service. But when you're paying $10-&13.00 a meal now at least care about what you're serving customers. I couldn't eat my meal and I don't think the raccoon that lives in my backyard would eat it. Please go back to when your chicken was big and tasted like no other fried chicken. Put better care into your food and service even if it's 8:00pm at night. Every customer deserves a great meal for the cost! We need to say, "IT'S BO TIME" with pride.
