If If you're in or passing through Rocky Mountain, North Carolina, you absolutely have to stop by this fantastic coffee shop. It's one of those places you wish you always had close by. A truly cozy spot with great coffee and delicious food (sandwiches, wraps, salads). If I lived here, I'd definitely visit them every day!

Located in a historic bank building, this cafe is a true hidden gem. This was a half way spot to meet a friend and what a treat we discovered. Loved the cozy aesthic, plenty of place to sit and relax. Also, parking was plentiful around the area. I tried the tropical smoothie, blt, and cheese danish - all were delicious. If you are nearby, it is a must stop.

Super cute space. Easy and free 2 hour parking making it easy to grab coffee and go. Comfortable seats, which isn't the norm all lots of places today. Service was friendly and prompt for a local coffee shop. My husband was very content with the build your own sandwich. I like the options they had for that which included avocado, jelly and the usual things you would expect like eggs and meat . He got the salted caramel coffee. My home routine is toast with some type of protein. So I was super happy to be able to get the thick cut wheat toast, with their strawberry jelly that seemed homemade and a fried egg that I threw on top. I opted for the cinnamon toast crunch oat milk latte. Their only milk alternative with oat milk for those of you out there who do milk alternatives. My only complaint that I have at most places is that the coffee doesn't come out hot enough. Perhaps young whippersnappers can't handle hot coffee‍, I dunno. I loved the cute mugs and have some serious plant envy. Would love to know what I am doing wrong with my snake plants at home I digress. If you are in the Rocky Mount area stop on by this gem.

Great place to stop for healthy fare and friendly staff. Highly recommended from a lady at the station during a layover in Wilson. I was not disappointed.

Peppermint mocha pit stop on the way home!

Driving back from SC to DC and needed a good coffee pitstop. Didn't order food but the other customer's orders look amazing. My peppermint mocha was tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Great open space with a hip vibe. Definitely worth going off the path a few minutes!

I have to admit that my expectations for finding an amazing coffee shop in this area were low. But even against those low expectations, this place is incredible. Wonderful space and ambiance. Terrific coffee and delicious food. Attentive service. It's one of those "take my money" places that I will go to any time I am in or around Rocky Mount, NC. Well-done!

Waffle with turkey sausage, chicken salad sandwich, 2 smoothies, gluten-free chocolate cake, and golden milk latte

We stopped here for breakfast and it was delicious! I had Waffles with butter and maple syrup, Turkey Sausage, and Golden Milk Iced Latte. My niece had a Bacon & Cheese Bagel, Chocolate Cake (to-go), and a Tropical Smoothie. And, my sister enjoyed a Chicken Salad Sandwich and a Tropical Smoothie. The Chicken Salad had apples and grapes in it that gave it a tasty crunch (she gave me a taste). They also had gluten-free bread for my sister who is gluten intolerant. The coffee shop had a lot of character with lots of products for sell that's unique to the area. Stop by to enjoy the atmosphere!

Customer service - 4.5 stars, Ambience -five stars, food 3.5 stars, reviving downtown NC - all the stars! Thelonious Mocha was the winner this visit! It was sweet but the bit of spice keeps it from being too sugary. Swirlygig was yummy also, I expected it to be a sweet treat, and it was much more balanced and espresso forward which was a yum surprise. Avocado Toast was delicious, too slim on the tomatoes and radish though. Breakfast Sandwich- mehhh - bun was thick and dry, Turkey Sausage was not warm enough, will opt for the croissant next time. They were out of bacon; it must be amazing. The repurposed bank with plants, music, global and local crafts, friendly employees, a total vibe.

I will say, I've surprised myself yet again. How on earth I didn't realize this coffee shop existed until the day after my oldest son graduated college from this area is beyond me... This is a beautiful, spacious coffeehouse near the Event Center. It's old school and eclectic at the same time. Various music selection overhead. It's a little pricey at $5 for their smallest cup of coffee, but from what I was told everything is made in house. So support local it is! The only pet peeve I had was when I checked out. At the very end of checkout, I was about to enter my information for frequent customer updates when the brunette with the pigtails abruptly turned the Square so I couldn't type anything in. So much for customer service!

    Beautiful room!

Impeccable place. Cortado: perfect, using Counter Culture coffee, with a dialed-in shot and sweet "latte art" (see my photo). Really fine sandwich. Unhesitatingly bookmarked for my next time on I-95!

Cute looking place and I'm sure how the coffee is good. The breakfast burrito was good, tiny and pricey for the size.

Customer Service was excellent. The Box Office sold $25 wristbands daily. They moved the lines pretty quickly. Parking was effortless and I did not have to pay. The lighting in the gymnasium needs to be replaced. The light fixtures have very low dim lighting. This was terrible when filming the event. My eyes were hurting after a while. I appreciated how clean the restrooms were and the overall venue was spacious and well ventilated with air conditioning and several fans placed on every court. Great planning . Kudos to the team.

As a cancer cancer patient who has recently gone through treatment I was surprised when I went into…read morethe gym and there were no ways of cleaning the machines. So I thought maybe they haven't refilled it and they could help me at the front desk. When I arrived at the desk to ask the gentleman about this, he was kind of rude telling me they dont have anything. I told him that I was a cancer patient and I would like to have clean equipment he looks at me as if he didn't care. I saw that there were two sanitizers sitting at the front desk. I asked him where the bathroom was so that I could get some paper towels. When I went back to the desk to ask him if it was possible. I could borrow one of the 2 sanitizers at the desk he told me no. That I could squirt it into my paper towels. So I decided that I would look up the rules for hotels and gyms. In the Tru-Hotel Brand Standards - North America found only under section 1302.05 G. Hygienic Wipes starts "The hotel must maintain Brand-approved hygienic wet wipes for guest use. Hygienic Wipes do not replace daily disinfecting during the cleaning process. Consult equipment owner's manual for recommended cleaning solutions." I have pictures proving that the fitness center is not clean, as well as they do not have wipes. After my complaint to corporate last night the fitness center now has Wipes. They didn't put in new towels until this morning. We have been here for 3 days and 2 nights. The front desk staff has been rude other then one tall gentleman. I found out from Staffers that most of them don't wear a name tags because people don't want others to know their names. (Hints they can be rude and you don't know who they are to report.) After talking with a few of the housekeepers I see why the rooms aren't clean. They are over worked some having a floor to themselves and they aren't being paid a fair wage. Though I believe they should have someone to check rooms after to make sure they are clean enough for guest. My room wasn't very clean, even after asking the front desk to send housekeeping to my room. I had to find the woman that worked my floor and tell her myself. I told her specific things to clean and still those were barely done. Im just upset with myself after the first night not packing up and moving to another hotel. The women that served breakfast are lovely. They were kind and very helpful. I would say the others that gave me information about be understaffing and underpaid were also very nice. The others at the front desk shouldn't be in hospitality if they can't be hospitable. Also I was given a call after speaking with corporate I was contacted by the hotel. The gentleman on the phone said that they would be calling me the next day about the situation. Its been 7 days and still no contact. I will be contacting corporate again and reporting this review on every site that I can. DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY LIE! THEY ARE RUDE! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR SAFETY!
