Anywho, Dr. Ciciola and the staff at Partners For Women's Health have really hit the mark with affordable and great care from start to finish. I was referred by urgent care to this office. I was given an appointment within the week. Checking in was easy and done on an ipad. I waited only about 15 minutes before actually being seen. I met with the doctor, advised him of all of my symptoms, and he immediately went to work to assess the problem. The entire meeting was about an hour, but he was professional, answered all my questions, made me feel super comfortable, and was super thorough about the next steps to ensure my health is in check. I left feeling less anxious and at ease. I plan to make him my primary OBGYN. And, in the spirit of yelping, hopefully this helps someone else who is struggling to find a good OBGYN in north jersey.

This is the reason I have stayed with them so long. They are all thorough, caring and friendly people and I have had nothing but great experiences with all if them. That being said, I have never in my life met a staff that I have disliked as much as theirs. Not only are they completely rude and make you feel like a complete burden, anytime you call, but they are so unprofessional when you are in the office, as well. Don't expect to be greeted with a smile, it's more of a "what do you want"??? I get a sinking feeling in the out of my stomach anytime I have to call there. You're immediately put on hold for 5+ minutes (this happens every single time I call) and when someone finally picks up, you get a very defensive "why do you need To come in"..."what do you want"... "What are your symptoms". I understand thoroughness but you're not my doctor and I don't want to tell a rude lady on the phone my personal problems. Furthermore, On a recent visit, I waited 35+ minutes in a waiting room (which was by no means packed) only to see the staff, turn on the answering service and eat lunch, that a Pharma rep had brought them, in front of all of us; ignoring patients, on both the phone and in the waiting room. They were also talking loudly about "what a pain" this one can be, etc. I was embarrassed for them. It really is unfortunate because the doctors and nursing staff are fabulous and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

She is so warm and caring, she not only cares deeply for her little patients, she cares for their parents, too. She understands the scary parts of raising children, and she has incredible bedside manner. I love dealing with people who love what they do, and it really shows in Dr. Samonte, and her daughter, Dr. Cat (or also, Dr. Samonte!) I trust both of these women with the most precious part of my life, my son, and so far (21 months later) they have given me no reason to let that trust falter. When they are closed, I've had to deal with other pediatricians affiliated with JFK hospital and it only made me appreciate these women and their staff of nurses and receptionists even more. Kindness goes a long way when you are talking to a parent who has been worried sick all night because their baby has a fever, this office seems to understand that- unfortunately not all other offices do! I've experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness from every individual in this office. The office is separated with a lobby and patient rooms reserved for well visits, and on the other side, the same accommodations but for sick visits. There is a lot of kid-friendly artwork that my son enjoys pointing out, and they have toys in the lobby as well as most patient rooms. I have nothing but positive feedback! 5/5

They missed easily diagnosable issues which resulted in my child being taken to the Emergency Room. These two doctors should be investigated and prosecuted. To add insult to injury, the office personnel (specifically Lisa) is extremely rude. Never have I met such a heartless person. I'm a very passive person and really try to communicate through situations but Lisa is an absolute dread to deal with. The only thing this doctor's office is good for is vaccinations. They are a vaccination factory basically. Any real issues will not be addressed with these doctors. If you love your children which I imagine you do after reading this review, then do not take them to these doctors. They are nice at first but very incompetent and lazy and should not be trusted to care for children. I have already submitted a complaint to the state as well as the Governor's office.

She is up to date on the latest issues/medications and can speak/recommend about them thoroughly. I trust her completely and truly feel cared for and respected at her office. The staff is great too, kind, cheerful and helpful. I had a doctor I loved so much years ago but she moved. She recommended Dr Kaur and said I would love her. She was right on the money. Used this Doctor for a while as my primary and 2 problems one was a disagreement on my medical…read moreissue which i ended up dropping off a typed letter with printouts explaining my condition because of her lack of knowledge and the second was a problem with my pain meds. I was using about 30 Percocet a month and she sent me to pain management who recommended morphine and oxycodone. I never took these as I thought I was fine on my meds but she questioned the information I gave her like I was misleading her. After 2 and a half years being treated by the VA I made an appointment with her for a referral for my surgeon and as I tried explaining what my Doctors and others in the VA said so she'd have access to my VA files, labs, x rays and any other tests she went off about how she didn't need them and for me to leave because I wasn't going to tell her what she was doing. I left and I guess she knows more than my VA Primary, GI, Pulmonary, Optometrist, Neurologist and Dermatologist all put together. Just needed a referral but I guess she would enlighten me with no knowledge of my medical history for close to 3 years.

I've been sick twice now and both times I was blown off and told if I'm not feeling better in a week and they have an appointment they will see me. A week? Or I can always go to an urgent care. Really, that's how an established patient since 2007 is treated When the call their supposed primary doctor. Needless to say I won't ever be contacting them again. Time for a new doctor.

Luckily there was no one else in the office so that was a plus. I will mention he, Werthaim, said for me to see my primary doctor (FYI I don't actually have a primary doctor) or see a dermatologist. Whatever, but that's not what upset me. He recommended some blood tests and at this point I reminded him that I have a phobia of blood tests as a result of a poisoned appendix when I was a child. I would have liked a cream or something. He then starting posturing to me that he has 35 years of experience and that if I was going to question him that he other patients to take care of.
