In the 30 plus years I've been a patient I HAVE NEVER MADE A COMPLAINT. This lady is a ticking time bomb. Why does she insist on knowing who I am and then tells me not to hide!? This individual has access to my medical records and is demanding to know who I am! I hope Martinsville and Atlantic healthcare review her behavior and determine she is clearly not fit to deal with public! It's funny how she says she's been there five years and all the complaints reference this place going downhill about five years ago! She doesn't rush you through an appointment and takes the time to ask probing questions. Dr. Rivera is also good at explaining your conditions and what you can do to help yourself. Unlike some doctors, she never talks down to you. She is also very willing to work with you on lifestyle changes of diet and exercise before resorting to drugs for chronic conditions. She acts like your partner in promoting your health, not like a know-it-all expert. I really appreciate that.

And then Dr. Klein is outstanding, he is always listening and makes sure he knows everything about you ahead of time. I have been dealing with a brain tumor and malfunction since I turned 18 and this office staff and all is the best I've ever been blessed with!
