The entire staff were very friendly. We moved to Jefferson City late last year and had a really hard time finding an honest dentist who would not overcharge or offer services that we did not need. Other dentists I called wanted to talk about treatment plans before they even met my kids who have never had a cavity. Stadium Dental did x-rays and a cleaning without pushing anything on us. The Stadium Dental team took great care of my family. I can see why their reputation is so good. The pricing and location are great as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at Cherry Hill Dental that I feel others should be aware of…read more I went in for a cleaning on April 24, 2025, and no one told me beforehand that my insurance (Delta Dental) wouldn't cover it. I later found out -- two months after the visit when I called Delta myself -- that I wasn't eligible for another cleaning until May 6th. Had they been honest upfront, I would have simply rescheduled. To make matters worse, they charged me for X-rays they already had from my previous dentist. Cherry Hill even confirmed they received them the day before my appointment -- yet they took more and billed me anyway without ever discussing it. At the end of the appointment, they mentioned I needed a filling, but told me I couldn't even schedule it unless I paid in full or signed up for a payment plan. That was the first time it was brought up -- nothing about that was mentioned before or during the actual appointment. I even asked them to review their video footage to prove that someone came in to explain these charges ahead of time -- because no one did. Everything was only discussed after the fact, at the front desk, which left me with unexpected bills. This office seriously lacks transparency and communication. I've never had an experience like this at any other dental office, and I won't be returning. Be careful and ask a lot of questions -- because they won't volunteer the info.

I was repeatedly promised return phone calls from the insurance coordinator and support staff- literally calling from February through June-their staff totally dropped the ball and NEVER would call back although every time I spoke with them they guaranteed me they would call back THAT DAY! After 5 months of unprofessionalism, we are DONE with Cherry Hill Dental!!! I wish I had read other reviews- the Columbia location has a "good" rating- the JC office, very "poor"!
