The professionals in charge of the X-rays, the hygienist, and the dentist were all very nice! I was pleased with my visit. I initially had a good experience here. I had an appointment scheduled for the past six months. I received an email the day of the appointment. I left work early to be 30 minutes early. The three girls working told me my appointment was cancelled because I did not confirm. Said the called and texted. I had no texts in my history. Maybe they called. However, why did I get an email day of if my appointment was cancelled. Refused to honor my appointment. I have now scheduled a new dentist. The three girls could care less about my concern. this is the worst place. I had implants put in the bottom my teeth and when they put them in a couple of days later, they were loose and they were coming out. And twice they've canceled my Do not call me. Do not send me a text today. I have an appointment March 20, at 11:30. I get there and she asked me if I got a text. She asked me if I got a call and she said oh did you get an email. I looked.. The only email I got was stating that I appointment for today. I started to look and yes, they sent me one and it was at 10:30 this morning. I did not look at my emails this morning. I have my grandkids to take care of. Very unprofessional, dentist walking around up front talking about being sued. I was talked into having all my teeth pulled, very high pitch sale. They make a joke about there not being a third party loan. Scenic June of 2018, I have not been able lol e to bite, they can't seem to get the bite right for dentures. No I still don't have them. 6 different people in this office has taken impression. Being disrespectful after signing contract with this place is the norm, except two that work there. They call me Miss ( what ever your name is) this is how slaves would talk to their owners in a very dark time. Slavery has been over a long time, its disrespectful. The dentistry was decent but the office staff is horrible. They don't return calls, are never available, and are rude. Something should be done to remedy this. I don't know who is actually the Office Manager but they should be released immediately. I was told the manager was out and they would call to make a follow up appt. It never happened. I called and left two messages but never got a call back. When I finally got through to someone in the office, they were rude so I canceled any upcoming services there. AVOID this office if you can. Having recently moved to Missouri, I needed a new dentist for a routine cleaning. I have healthy teeth and gums, and have never had a cavity. My cleaning at Aspen Dental was the worst cleaning I've ever had. The hygienist was rude, and the cleaning was very rough. I've never experienced pain during a cleaning until now. He was so rough with my gums and seemed to be in a hurry. I kept flinching from the pain of him nicking my gums. He made no effort to be more careful or make me more comfortable. Instead, he told me I should floss more and essentially blamed me for my own pain and discomfort. At my old dentist, I never had this problem. My gums are very healthy. It's the hygienist's fault for nicking my gums and being so rough. I will not be back. read more

I was able to schedule online which was cool. I was in a lot of pain at the time with a wisdom tooth and the tooth in front of it. They did a stupid amount of xrays and a full exam of my mouth. Finally when the dentist came in he was very rude with horrible bedside manner. Thankfully though he pulled both teeth that day. They only charge about double every other dentist. They never went over a treatment plan for everything. Never went over price. They checked us out and we paid. 3 months later I was going in to a different location and found out I had a balance of over $500 even though we paid in full at the appointment. Turns out some guy named Anthony had his bill paid by us but until we proved it they were telling us I was going to have to pay it. Lesson learned. STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN read more

Made an appointment in February after I'd broken a tooth. They spent a ton of time doing xrays and came up with treatment plan that started with mandatory cleaning. They refused to address the broken tooth until they did the cleaning. I asked for the estimate and they said they'd call or email. A few days passed and they emailed the estimate, I emailed back to set up the appointments. Waited a week and heard nothing, so I called. Never got ahold of anyone, so I left a couple messages. Another 10 days went by with nothing so I started trying to call again and finally got ahold of someone to scheduled the cleaning (they insisted that had to be done first) and the tooth repair. Did not see a root canal on the treatment plan and even asked about it but they said it was all covered in the treatment plan. Went in for the cleaning, that went great except the DDS did a small prick test on the skin of my arm (I've had reactions to locals before) without an alcohol prep or anything, then stuck the same needle straight in my mouth... I then went back 3 days later, supposedly to get the broken tooth fixed. They laid out all the stuff and began to work on creating an impression for a crown - ON ANOTHER TOOTH!!!! When I told them that's not the tooth I need worked on, they said I had to have a root canal on the broken one and they don't do those there, I'd need to go somewhere else. Now my problem is that the "mandatory cleaning", as it turns out, wasn't really mandatory, and it took too much of my insurance benefits and now I don't have enough left to cover a root canal and crown. They are now supposed to be giving me a quote for extraction and a bridge but its been another 3 weeks and I still don't have the quote. I've called and left messages that don't get returned. I finally got ahold of a person Thursday of last week and they said the computer was down, but someone would call me Monday or Tuesday...Surprise! No call. I left another message on Tuesday night. I'm 4 months with a broken tooth and no closer to getting it repaired. I've been on antibiotics pretty much this entire time (which the DDS lectured me about - but what am I supposed to do? At this point, pliers are looking like a good option.) They also made me put half down as a deposit when I scheduled the appointments and pay the other half at the beginning of each appointment. They refused to refund the money for the "tooth repair" that hasn't happened, insisting that it has to be applied to "future work" and frankly, at this point, I don't think I want them doing anymore of my work unless someone gets on the ball and calls me REALLY FREAKING FAST with a solution to this problem. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. And I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand and never gone there. read more

I told them I would think about it but I just wanted my teeth cleaned. I went in to to have all my wisdom teeth removed and only giving them 5 stars does not give enough credit on the level of professionalism that location has. I would definitely give them 10 STARS. Going to have teeth worked on can be troublesome for most people as a person may be scared, nervous, anxious, and experience many other emotions. Jess, the manager, is amazing. Her energy and honesty about cost brought me in after years of avoiding the dentist. The dentist is another story. He rushed in from behind me, no introduction, with a giant needle, and stuck his finger in my mouth. 100% - no exaggeration. It was the most rude experience I've ever had.
