He came out to give us a quote and returned a couple more times to answer additional questions, show off the product, and make sure we were fully educated. He also was very frank about addressing competitor products, and was knowledgable about their product lines as well. When it came down to money, Lou was flexible and willing to negotiate, and we're very happy with the final price we agreed to. Their crew was just 2 guys (one of whom was a co-owner of the Morgan Exteriors) doing 20 windows and it took them 5 hours. Blown away by their speed and efficiency. They were clean, respectful (I work from home so was around while they completed the project), and the end result is incredible.
