I sent them all the same message letting them know the first one who contacted me will receive my business. Chris sent me an email within hours stating he could be there by 11am and will fix my issue. He called me at 9am on Monday to say he could be at my house in 45 minutes. 30 minutes later, he arrived. He had the replacement parts with him (not knowing the kind needed or what he was dealing with). He fixed the springs in about 20 minutes and then changed my entire garage door unit (previously bought by myself) within 40 minutes. This would have taken me an entire day to do! On top of this, he took a 10% military discount off his already unbeatable price! Amazing service from Chris. He owns C&W doors and should be proud of the company he has built!

I first got a quote from Vaillancourt Roofing for about $34,500 when my sister told me that we…read moreshould look at Queen City Roofing. As I researched them, their reputation was stellar. We went with them, and the final cost was $19,500. Both quotes had a 50-year warranty, and the only differences were that Vaillancourt put a 4' higher layer of the neoprene (I think) barrier, and they used Owens Corning shingles. Even though I do not know the names of name-brand shingles, I am 100% sure that Queen City Roofing also used an excellent brand, if for no other reason than they do not want to come back to do repairs. Anyway, those two little differences were not worth $15,000!! I also recommend using their recommended finance company as they were much easier to get what amounts to a high-dollar personal loan, than through my bank, for only 1% higher interest rate. Anyway, when they finally did the job, I was worried about how many nails would be left on the ground. Well, they did an incredible cleanup job. Based on the quotes I mentioned, you can imagine we have a very large roof, and so far, I have found 6 nails. They had 12 guys working that day, and did the whole roof in one day. They started at 7 a.m., and were done by 4:30! I cannot recommend them enough.

VERY poor customer service. I purchased a window that it took 3 months for them schedule an…read moreinstall. They then called to cancel, then 2 people showed up on the original date and another on the alternate date. All 3 had never put a window in before. They left. Another guy came back. He broke the assembly and just left it all in pieces. I now had an installed window, no hardware - nothing. The third guy came and put up a shade that came all disheveled and wrinkled and said that yet another would be coming to install the valance. In his attempt to put the valance in, he nicked the paint job on the window and didn't properly plug all the nail holes. It looked terrible. All this time - about 5 months and I was already paying on the window for which I had not received a full service for. Finally got the valance and now the shade does not work. Trying to get communications going with them and they want to charge me another $1200-1500 to put in an automatic shade, which is what the salesguy led me to believe in the first place. Bottom line: they don't deliver but they sure know how to take your money. Easy to create a paper trail with them if you ever wanted to take them to court - they don't answer your messages. NEVER again will i use Pella. Lots of management issues in this company, not to mention customer service that stinks.
