This…read moregreatly self - advertising "24/7, highly experienced, expert service" company sent me two young inexperienced clowns spread over several days, then, FINALLY sent me an older, truly experienced guy - after I'd gone without my central ac for a full week and had bought two ACs to just get by. This third guy said there was no excuse for (other aspects and) them taking a full week before he finally fixed it, said I'd get a discount, then I, of course, got a ridiculously high bill. That was mid last summer at peak heat, just like now, when my central AC has failed again. I suspect Dunn's "repair" has failed, but will not find out from them phoney clowns.

Edit: You could have been professional enough to call and let me know rather than purposely ghosting me (like a kid) and then lying to my warranty company stating you were waiting on authorization from them (which you received the next day after the initial visit to my house). Since that time, I have become acquainted with several plumbers due to having backed up drains at various different times. I have had pipes replaced several times in different locations, but the problem seems to always to resurface. I have spent numerous amounts of money due to the reoccurring problems. In 2022, by the Grace of God; I had no back up issues and had started to believe that my problems were resolved. However, in January of 2023 my problems returned. This particular time was different. the problem was the same, but the plumbers and the service was totally different. The company that I did business with, dispatched plumbers from Alabama Quality Plumbing from Alexandria, Al. The plumbers were not only quality experienced plumbers, but they were also caring, considerate, kind and eager to help anyway possible. They went over and above to get the job done and done right! They did an amazing job, and I am so happy to have meet them!!
